I was worried they would dismiss my husband (who was picking up the truck since it was only my information used to reserve the truck online. She explained everything perfectly and her tone alone made me confident with this company. Thank you ☺

They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to get back home, Trampus went out of his way to make sure all my equipment was hooked up properly and safely. I couldn’t have been luckier to meet such nice people and can’t recommend enough this local U-haul.
