Ruth FWhen the owner says he closes at 5:30 for returning the trailer and then he goes and closes early so I was not able to return the trailer to the location I rented from. Called U-Haul's toll free number and spoke to a representative and she was able to work out another U-Haul location that I could return the trailer to. Appreciate the U-Haul representative I spoke with to take care of business and for my next rental I will be avoiding the small companies that do U-Haul rentals as a side line and stick to U-Haul locations. Sometimes nearer is not always better.

Lorraine M2-trailer tires were down to wear indicators. Construction nail was used in the tie-down ratchet, instead of a cotter-pin. Tie-down ratchet was rusty and difficult to use. I expect more from U-haul. This was not the fault of the pickup location. Obviously the trailer had been like this for some time. I noticed the situations after pickup and was in process of loading.

Lorraine MThe 20ft I reserved turned out to be defective. The exhaust was damaged with no repair. They claimed it was the only 20ft available. I turned it down, and asked for a swap in another location. Instead, they offered me a 26ft for the same price. Little did I know that the truck was a v10 cylinder engine as this location never disclosed it to me upon offer. It cost me over a thousand dollars fueling the truck to RI. I will not recommend this location to a friend.

AIDA RP/u location was changed four times the day before pickup. Reservation was made five days in advance. Original request for smaller truck not honored. The people here were great but I would not recommend uhaul.
Paul FThe family's customer service is fantastic to say the least. The entire process was seamless from ordering online to pick-up then drop-off. May not seem like the ideal place to pick up a vehicle. I was a bit hesitant in using this location initially, but I just went ahead and did it, because it's closest to my house and our storage unit. So, so glad I did, and I'll use Little Rascals Feed and Supply again.
