Adam CLearn the different options and savings available to out of town rentals. Make sure the windows are clean and the wipers in good condition. Driving a 26ft truck with wipers that chattered left me unable to see beyond the windshield, until they went up. Yes it was a very brief time my field of vision was obscured, it should not have occurred at any time.
Claudia JTrying to use the U-Haul app for returning the truck was a pain. The app was not allowing me to upload photos of the truck as asked. And I tried multiple times. So I left the key in the box.
CHARLIN AThe main gentlemen helping me out was great. Things that went wrong were out of his control and there was nothing he could do. However, for what I needed and for what I ordered, I should have never been placed at this location for pick up. It's an authorized pick up/drop off location. It is not a u-haul center which contains the actual items that I placed an order for, outside of the trailer. The woman who contacted me the day before pick up about my reservation assured me more than once (because I asked) that everything that I had ordered/reserved would be available at this location and it was not. I had to drive to multiple locations and waste over an hour to be able to pick up the entirety of my order. That's where my frustration lies.
LIANA TThis location is operated out of a furniture store and the only person who knew how to dispatch U-Haul did not show up for my pick up time. Claimed he had a flat tire. I had to wait 2-1/2 hours to get a truck. Meanwhile I was paying moving people by the hour to load a truck that was not there. This is the second time a similar situation happened with U-Haul. Last time know one showed up and I had to find a trailer at another location. U-Haul operators need to understand that when people are renting a moving trailer or truck we need them to be available when they where promised.

TOM BI was over charged the truck was in very poor condition with maintenance lights on the worse ride ever the qr scan doesn't work you the charged me extra no one was available to help still
Lorita BU haul should apply discount for extra fuel that was left in the truck and reimburse for the miles that were not used that were paid for
