Had to drop off tuck in an alley basically. There is a church or worship center of some kind on the corner of this strip mall. They were having a service that day. Cars were lining the alley, the entrance & where the UHAUL was supposed to be parked. It was impossible to properly park it. Horrible drop off location.Michelle S.
While the young man who TRIED to help me and one other customer was very pleasant and apologetic, he had no idea what to do because the person who "does the U-Haul" was not there. I got there at my check-out time and still didn't get away until over an hour later because there were no dollies, as I had reserved, and then I learned that the appliance dolly I reserved was not available at that site. Fortunately, I was able to get one at a location near my destination. Had I known ahead of time, I would have taken care of that before I went to pick up the truck. The employee at the location where I picked up the truck had to search their store to find the utility dolly I had also reserved. I understand this is not the primary business of this location, but having knowledgeable employees on site would have made this a much better experience for me.Teresa F.

First off the mobile ordering app was a nightmare. Spent 35 minutes trying to get verified. I got hung up on by customer service so then I decided to just go inside. While inside the guy lost the key to the truck and spent 15 minutes looking for it while I waited even longer. At least giving the truck back was easy and hassle free, but there wasn't much reassurance someone else wouldn't be taking it under my name after me since I returned it early.NATHAN L.

Make sure there is room at the drop off before scheduling. Went to 5 locations with no room. Wasted 2 hours just trying to drop this trailer off. I will never use uhaul again, this was infuriating. Person also said they would come out. The way a previous customer parked their trailer make it very difficult to park this one. Maybe if someone had come out to help that person park it wouldn't be parked that way. At least this location had some type of parking though and the person was more helpful than any of the others. Unfortunately by the time I got there I was already pretty pissed because I had already been to 5 locations traveling almost 30 miles from the original. No fault of the person but uhaul in general. Not knowing if your lot has room is pretty shit, especially since we called the uhaul help number to have our location changed twice. We gave up after that.BRADLEY S.

Do not rent trucks that have no cruise control!!! Also, the truck was filthy and smelled like B.O. !! The girl who called to confirm my truck location pickup the night before was extremely RUDE and actually told me that the place I was picking up from had pads and when I got there, of course, they did not have any. Customer Service is extremely lacking and most likely I will rent a truck from somewhere else next time.jean M.

I couldn't get in the truck because the website was not working properly. They did not put the dolly in I had paid for. The gas was almost empty. It took 30 minutes to get a hold of someone to get it sorted out. There was a trailer blocking my exit so I had to pick it up and move it to get out.Robert C.

The mobile checkout was so easy to use. The truck was parked in front and I could get the key from the lockbox. No issues with the truck. I returned the truck with more gas than required and the lockbox key, which I mistakenly took. The gentleman surprised me by giving me a $10 credit!! I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them for your U-Haul needs!!!Karen M.

This could have been avoided had the sales person simply checked the ID and information used to reserve the truck and made the changes needed.JAKE F.

Location is great. However you must go to the business to retrieve keys. No lock box. Also, I needed to pick up the vehicle around 9-9:30am. The location is a liquor store which does not open until 10am. I had to wait 45 minutes while friends sat around waiting for me.Michael S.
My Uhaul broke down 3 times, the oil was low, brake fluid was low, hoses were not properly maintained. Power steering would work sometimes.James M.

I would have rated this store higher but there was a discrepancy when I turned in the U-Haul there was a different guy there from the one who checked me out and he overcharged me on the mileage I had went around the corner which was less than 1 mile and he charged me for 18 miles And I felt like that was a scam because the mileage was never documented correctly from the first guy.TERRIE D.

Be better prepared. I purchased equipment for my move and none was provided. Plus gas tank in truck was on E upon pickup!! I had to fill tank myself. A $30 credit was promised to me and never received. Then upon drop off location when agent ran the return through system I was held up for an hour because of an â€œaccidentâ€ that was reported with the truck I returned at 10am specifically. I was still asleep and truck was safe in gated apartment parking lot at that time. Worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. My entire cost should've been comped due to the lack of customer service. Will not be using this company again.Jordan R.
