Have the truck at the actual location reserved. I didn't select Los Gatos and this will be the deciding factor in using Uhaul again.

The practice of working with half full tanks is just another way of getting a couple $ out of my pocket. I have not seen this for a very long time at rental car companies and as a gold card holder at Hertz for almost 20 years, I do rent lots and lots of cars a year. This is just from last century and if I pay $165/day for a base rate, this should not be the practice. On top of that the tank was ~1/8 less full than half and I was told to tell the people when I return the car to get a refund. Not realizing that office on Sunday is closed and I could not ask for refund. When checking the truck we had the lady put on at least 10 more X stickers for clear damage. It turns out that the website your employee used did not recognize my return location and she told me to call the other location that is in the file that I would not return the car there. That is not my JOB! That is clearly a mistake in your system that I am asked to resolve. She could have easily called them right there on the spot. Than there was a yellow light burning on the dash and after going back and showing it, there was no solution other than I was told to "just drive it and see what happens".
