Have a clear drop Off space for the vehicle. This was a strip mall parking lot and the buisness is in the middle of it. Had to call the support li e because GPS thought I was in the wrong spot because I was on the end of the building where the other uhauls were. Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had renting a moving truck

Accommodating service when u haul system was down
bill pMy account was charged until it went negative for a “hold” of over 500 dollars and nobody knew what was going on because it didn’t show in their system. It was 75.86 and it hit my account 7 times. The truck was janky and could use a service and smelled weird.

robert hI was supposed to rent my truck at 10:00 a.m. systems were down I didn't get my truck until 3:00 in the afternoon then I couldn't it said I had to return my truck at 6:00 a.m. the next day which it wasn't supposed to be until 11:00 a.m. the next day then the phone system I couldn't get it to go through I had issues took me over an hour and a half to even get logged in and get everything filled out so I just think your system has to be a little bit better for people to be able to log into your system and get done quicker than to have to go through everything that they have to just to get a truck rented to people to understand it and to be able to check in better some people aren't as quick as the younger generation

Ann CThere is so much to type but two days before I was to pick up the truck I was switch to another location. When I arrived at that location they also didn’t have a truck. Then they sent me to a location which was roughly 30 minutes away and was a place that only had one truck that was not supposed to be rented because it was promised the next morning at 8 o’clock. It was the worst experience dealing with a rental company and I will probably never use you again.

JEFFERY MUhaul changed my pick to different location. Truck was on empty, driver's door did not shut properly, steering was wonky, check engine light was on and seat belt was rigger with a hair tie!

Brian WFirst of all I arrived at my confirmed location Affordable Muffler (29348597) at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, July 11, to pick up the uhaul truck only to find out it was no longer availlable at this location. The uhaul website informed me a truck is available at the Crums Lane location at 10:00 a.m. I called the uhaul customer service and was put on hold for 45 minutes before a representative could talk to me. The uhaul representative then informed me the truck was not available at the Crums Lane location either. The representative told me a truck was available across town at the north Preston St. location. I had to drive 36 miles round trip out of my way to get the truck and return it. Plus I had to drive extra miles in the truck and gas expense due to the last minute change in location to pick up the truck. I do not understand why Uhaul could not have informed me that the truck was not available sooner rather than at my initial confirmed location by Uhaul. I would have cancelled altogether if I would have known this sooner. I could not cancel at the last minute because I had six people waiting on me to move. My experience with Uhaul was extremely frustrating and not to mention expensive due to all the extra driving I had to do. I request Uhaul to refund at least half of my cost due to extremely poor customer service. You can call me at (502) 554-4436 to discuss further. Thank you.

PETER CSo the only reason it wasn’t 5 star is because the uhaul was actually not in the location it was suppose to be. It was suppose to be at 502 storage and it wasn’t there so we had to track it’s location. I even have proof on my order email showing it was to be picked up at the 502 storage.

Islan AI use Uhaul on many occasions, but recently I have been contacted at the last minute advising me that my pickup or drop off address has changed. That’s very annoying, as most times it’s not convenient for me. I wish you would change this practice.
