The staff at the pick up location was friendly and helpful. My next comments has nothing to do with staff, but I submitted my rental request weeks in advance at a specific location, Canandaigua, NY. I was informed less than a day before I was to pick up that my pick up location had changed and that my truck was available at that location on the correct day but the car trailer I also rented was not available until later in the afternoon the next day. I have to make two separate trips as I couldn't wait til mid afternoon to pick up both. The representative at your corporate office was disinterested in the situation and in my mind not helpful at all. I believe her name was Carol.

I do not think it's right that prepaid cards arent accepted anymore. There is a reason ppl use them. There is too much identity thefts, and too much hacking going on to have real accounts anymore!!!

Rebecca was awesome! I was ill-prepared and she helped me figure out a solution to buying a hitch and also had a wire harness adapter for sale that I needed in a pinch. This saved me! Great customer service!!!

The location was fine but, the mobile pick up was a terrible pain, and when called the uhaul reps were very apathetic and not helpful in resolving my issues

Check in took more than 30 minutes even though I sped up the process by providing all information prior to check in. The system is not convenient to customers at all especially those who have time constraints and need to get other places and are expecting an “express” check in.

Truck is a gas hog & no power going up a hill. Don’t like you don’t get a full tank of gas; you return it at what ever the past renter returned it at.

Better communication would be nice. The people at the newark location rocked they had to fix everything the victor location screwed up. I went to rent a car dolly at the victor location. The lady was nice and helped me out because they didn't have one there so she found me on in newark . I went to get it and paid the insurance to be safe and the total came to 101.00!!! I stated it said 44.95 on my phone after doing a total. The lady in the victor location had told me the same ....Well turns out its 44.95 for something called in town (the women at the victor location didn't tell me about this) which means that if your staying in town with it your charged that providing you bring it back to the location you got it . Well i live in w bloomfield and was going to get a car about 12 miles away . So let me get this right i'm driving out of town to get it to use in town and returning it in the town i'm using it in and i'm charged extra. I would have been more then happy to return it had i not had 3 kids with me and it was 7pm when i got done and newark wasn't an hr out of my way. Then to make matters even more frustrating they told the newark place i was dropping off a tow dolly not picking one up and that i was moving there from bloomfield and they spelled my name wrong 3 different times 3 different ways after i spelled it for her sloooowly . if ya need to rent something do it in a different location NOT VICTOR or check and double check your paper work and i guess look for fine print and ask if the price changes from town to town. christ it was just a 2 wheel dolly i used it for 5 hrs and the car was only on it for 34 mins.

Nothing to improve. Had a Chevy van this year. Will not make that mistake again. Although it was brand new does not come close to the Ford van at all. Not easy to get into at all. Side doors don't open all the way. Inside height seems alot smaller.

The people at Loves were absolutely wonderful - we've gone to their location twice now. This more recent visit we had a huge issue with another location and they did everything they could to make up for it. Best customer service ever!

Was unclear that (unlike previous rentals from you) I would be charged for miles I had to drive to my home after picking up the truck. ( since there was no 26 foot truck closer than 30 miles from me). As I was going out of my way to patronize uhaul, that seems unfair to me.

Very friendly person that assisted me when renting the truck. The truck was in nice shape and went down the road well...….unlike other trucks I have rented in the past at other locations that should have been taken off the road. I would highly recommend this location!

The truck ran well, AC worked well. The back door was a little rusty and hard to pull up and down. Everything else was good. Location was great. Very helpful staff at Loves furniture.

I scheduled a truck for self pickup for 8am three weeks in advanced. I received a call 5 minutes before the business closed the day before I moved informing me that I could not pick up the truck untill 10am. In return for my 2 hour delay, and the delay of the many people that where helping move, this location gave me a measly 10 dollar discount on my rental. Not only do I not recommend Uhaul, I am going to be posting my Uhaul experience on ALL the social media accounts I have.

I have to commend the customer service at Love's carpet. Exceptional and painless. Last year I got routed to Victor and the customer service even at the management level was miserable. I will never use UHaul again if I have to use the Victor location, but will completely rent again from Love's carpet!!

The clerk was very helpful, respectful towards me even though I was a little late on my return (traffic problems, unavoidable delay) expressing concern regarding my experience with the rental truck which had no air conditioning on a hot day. Also noted that the call number for the Loves location emailed n the U-Haul confirmation was not the correct phone number for the store. I showed the clerk I had tried calling to notify of late arrival but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I did email a late arrival message to the link given but she was not aware of the message. She was going to contact U-Haul to have the phone information checked. The clerk made sure I got cold water and was very helpful towards me even under the circumstances. I will definitely recommend and use this location in the future.

i called 3 or 4 different times and each time i was told different information/prices each time i called. then when i went to pick up the van, the computer had a different price, the location called, and were told a "best price" and then went to finish the transaction and it doubled in price. we then called back and were told that they didnt see that information in the system. it was very annoying. i was trying to rent equipment to move my child back to college and it was the most frustrating thing ever. i dont understand how i can get 10 different rate quotes from the same company. . .

Truck hardly had any oil in it. Facility only had 2 quarts on hand to put in. Employee stated that the truck had just come back from its inspection too! The interior of the truck was clean bUT there were a lot of dings, dents, and scratches on the exterior.
