Take that truck off the lot. The brakes was bad and it ate a lot of gasoline. The reare door was really hard to open and close. Dandre ! Not good at all.

First off I’m not sure why I being charged, further more I bought the truck back how I found it but clean.
KeOnta GrayWhy am I being charged again? I feel I am owed by Uhaul after having received a DIRTY truck and empty truck!!! I was given an address to return the truck to but it was unmanned and I was unable to leave the truck there safely. Additionally, I called to resolve this issue and after many failed attempts and long hold times, I spoke to 3 different people who ALL said that they were noting this on my U-Haul contract and account.
Anita ScottVery little help getting the trailer hooked up. Right blinker didn't work, but no help was offered to resolve the issue. Also, pickup location was moved 3 times even though I reserved a month in advance. 2 of those moves occurred within an hour of pickup time, which resulted in driving all over town looking for the trailer. Pickup experience was altogether terrible.

San AndersonNot charge them more than you should. My wife pays for 50 miles and pays $110 and some change the day she got it. Returns it back with the same amount of gas she got it and 20 miles less but gets charged another $18. Makes no damn sense

Alford OsbyPersonnel didn't know how to use the system to issue out the trailer, so it took way longer than expected. The worst part is that when I left the guy issuing out the trailer didn't even hook it up to my suv, maybe he didn't know but that was in my opinion unprofessional. So, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume this location is new to uhaul services, otherwise I would've rate them below average.

Earl CarmoucheI set up a reservation in Houston, Texas and after U-haul did not deliver with a vehicle until the 3rd location that I went to, I lost 2 hours of time with my movers (equivalent of $400). I drove over 50 miles out of the way to get the vehicle I was promised at the first location. I received a $50 reimbursement which is just ridiculous and disappointing. I have been a customer of U-haul for many years and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. If I cannot be reimbursed respectfully for a complete U-haul mistake, I will elect to never utilize or recommend U-haul again. A reimbursement of $500 at a minimum would have been reasonable. The reimbursement that I received was degrading.
