I would not have rented from this location if I knew that the furniture pads are not available and they're not going to be there when I rent the equipment. I also wanted to buy a couple of boxes and nothing is available at this location. A terrible experience overall

I believe it should've been informed to me when I made the booking and not when I went to the location to get my rental. It made my move fairly inconvenient considering I was also charged for it when I made the booking.

Mario MorizioI'm not happy with my experience with Uhaul this past weekend. My original reservation was for 11am at one location, then they called me saying they didn't have a rental for me until 12:30pm and I told them that was too late. They said if I couldn't do 12:30pm Uhaul would call me to arrange another place for 11am (this is the morning of). I never got a call and rearranged my schedule to pick up the 12:30pm one when I got an email saying my booking for the first location was moved to 12:30pm afterall. I was about to leave the house to get the 12:30pm rental only to get another call saying that they still had no vehicle for me. I called customer service and the woman on the other line got me a reservation at another place across town for 12:30pm. While I was on this phone call, I got another phone call from Uhaul (which I didn't pick up) and the voicemail that was left was saying why wasn't I at location 1 to pick up my vehicle. When I got to location 2, the woman at the counter had no idea my reservation existed and said they didn't have a vehicle for me. She then double checked and said I was in luck that someone returned a vehicle like 10 mins prior (or so) and that although I had been double booked, I could take that one. By the time I finally got a vehicle, it was 1:30pm. I'm not happy with this as this delayed myself and 2 other people and messed up our whole day's schedule. Please do something about this, thanks!
Stephanie de BemThe vehicle was dirty like it was dusty muddy and I was moving my bad furniture so it was not a good experience with the U-Haul vehicle cleanliness. I think for a company that rent trucks that customer use to move and put their stuff in it should keep more cleaned. I have to sweep it out before I put my stuff inside of it. So my rating is really low for this U-Haul truck

RODERICK CARROLLThe customer service was very poor. They did not inspect the vehicle or check the fuel gauge and they didn’t even check in the vehicle. They asked to leave , then over billed me for extra miles and extra day. I have called several times but they never picked up.

elio iannuccilliThe rental truck wasn't on site and I had to wait an hour for it to arrive...Even though when booking, I was informed that the specific location I chose had the specific truck I needed...The man at the location offered zero details as to how this could happen and he actually said they had no idea there was a vehicle reservation for the day. How is that possible when I received a booking confirmation immediately after booking? Uhaul has to make some changes. This isn't the first time this has happened to us before. Waste of time and money.

FAZALAHMED AHMEDI was charged a fuel charge of $14.99. I put $12.00 of fuel in before I returned the truck and took a photo of the dashboard display that shows it at the 7/8 level it was before. This is very disapponting.

Christopher BrissettNext time fill the truck up with gas. If you’re going to charge customers if they don’t fill up then the tank needs to be filled up before the next customer picks it up. It’s like you’re double dipping hoping customers miss the metre so u can add another charge….but still don’t fill it up. I don’t understand how we have only an allotted time but we have to make trips to the gas station because of this. I should charge YOU for the time wasted

joe fimianiMy issue is not necessarily with the location but with UHaul. I will never order a truck from uhaul again!!! I ordered a 20ft truck the beginning of May 2022 with a move date of June 25, 2022. The day before and the day before my move I was contacted by Uhaul advising me that they could offer me a 10ft truck! Although they had given me 450 km and a free day. I ended up paying more! The move took 6 trips back and forth which resulted in me paying more in fuel than the actual truck rental and additional Kim’s. I would like someone to contact me asap as I would like at least some money back for the frustration and aggregation I experienced. This ended up being more stressful on me and my family.

Frank ColosimoMarketed as a 20$ for an hour. I get the truck that has 1/8th tank of gas and the lady tells me to fill it up to a quarter tank and I will get a rebate. I put in 20$ of gas and was just under a quarter. I literally left the truck with more gas than when I picked it up and I don’t get a credit. When you market a 20$ and end up paying close to 75$ you are a scam. You should honour the credit you promised.

Rob GillisUhaul logistics around add on items is problematic. I ordered furniture blankets when booking online yet the location does not offer moving blankets. Why does the system give customers false sense that items they need for the job will be made available? It should have been clear at time of booking that this location does not provide furniture blankets!
Oleksandr VikhrovI got the truck with gas level less than half tank. When I returned the truck I filled it up more than half tank. And the lady at the counter claim they were too busy to check the tank and asked me to just leave the key there. Two days later I got the receipt with 27dollars extra charge for the gas up to 11 litre. This is so not fair.

Jeiovanna DeSilvaThe reception said the fuel in the truck is only half full. But in real is not even half full. I have requested a furniture folly, but when arrived, they don't have one. They only have one moving cart for the whole location!! Since I am moving furniture, the moving cart is too small for the chore. Also no paper work printed from this location....Don't know what will happen if I don't have the document on my hand if anything happen.......This place is the worst Uhaul location that I have used.
Greg TongMake sure that the back door of the van stays locked and secure when driving. The van that I was driving did not stay closed and opened on the road, while I was driving to pick up the furniture that I had to move. The van was empty , but if it was full, it would have caused a mess on the street. So make sure that the back door LOCKS easily and stays locked .

WINSTON COADYAbsolutely disgusted by my recent experience here. The truck was not not clean, I found 3 used masks along with other garbage throughout the truck. check engine light was on and rear left turn signal was also broken making it a safety hazard (especially with merging on to the highway). I also had a hard time receiving the truck as I was told it is booked for someone else as well.(despite the fact that I called minutes prior to booking online and was told its available) I reported the truck as not clean and disputed the cleaning charge, but they decided to charge me the cleaning fee for renting me a dirty, unmaintained and unsafe truck.

M SUPPAThere was confusion about payment since I paid online. I was told my reservation was non existent. I chose orangeville as my pickup and had to change to woodbridge last minute. They didnt have all my moving pads or the dolly I paid for.
