Lucky king storage was accommodating on my last uhaul reservation considering the uhaul site was down for hours and i had to rearrange my move to the following day which didnt necessarily work. My moving help had to be canceled so i did as much as i could alone. I am not finished moving yet but have to get it done ...

i am thoroughly disappointed with uHaul. I reserved a trailer at the Baraboo location and was told the trailer would be there for my reservation date, when i arrived on reservation day and time it was not there i was sent out of my way to another location to pick up the trailer i reserved which delayed be vacation departure. When customer reserve a trailer at a location i expect the trailer to be there if it is not going to be there the point of reservation that location should get the the reservesed trailer not the customer.

Having a U-Haul truck ready for me in Reedsburg was convenient. I picked it up at 4:50, but it was a bad time for the technology. It took 45 minutes to process the registration. The U-Haul dealer had to copy my car license 15 times before it all went through. It was through no fault of his as he was just as frustrated as I was. He was apologetic, but there was nothing he could do differently. That 45-minute delay caused me to be late to pick up my load, which in turn caused me to get home very late. There is no excuse for the technology glitches, caused by humans on the other end as explained to me because the U-Haul dealer has experienced that delay before. Totally Unacceptable! I understand that the U-Haul company management has been informed of this problem before and have chosen to ignore it. Again I say, Totally Unacceptable.

I was told at the pickup location that the drop off location was open on Saturday. I told that pickup location that I would be dropping off the trailer at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. What they neglected to tell me was that the drop off location closed at noon. With no one to help me and no trailer jack on the trailer, I had to use my car jack to lift the trailer off of my hitch.

If you are using a phone app to return your rental truck you should have WI-FI for the customers to use when there is no data service available n the area or know the passwords to your Wi-Fi. I had to go to McDonald’s up to road to finish checking in

I gave the address where I was going and Uhaul picked the drop off place. I was actually closer to Varaboo than Reedsburg. I took advantage of free storage and assumed it was at the drop off location. It was not. Uhaul tried to charge me for another day because of being late to return the trailer because I had to empty it at a different location….

The equipment and service provided by Lucky King Storage of Reedsburg, WI was excellent. For Covid safety reason I appreciated being able to complete the rental agreement with glass seperating the Lucky King Rental agent and myself.

I was not happy that I scheduled a unit for pick up well ahead of time at a location one mile from my house. By the time I was able to get a unit I had to travel 40 miles away from my house. I would rate the overall service from your company as poor.

Dropped off vehcile Sunday (location closed) easy to fine and drop vehicle. Called Monday today and talked with Tim who was very accommodating and helpful. Even gave a call back to explain situation. Great job!

It was because of the pandemic, but I was unable to contact anyone inside during regular business hours. The door was locked for safety reasons, but no one answered when I called the number posted on the door, and it was unclear where to park (after I left I realized that I may have parked in the wrong spot - sorry!). Eventually, I wound up just putting my key in the drop-off slot, and the truck was checked in the next morning. Not a terrible experience, but I wasn't sure that I was following proper procedure, which was stressful.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with UHaul. I'll never go back here and would never recommend it to anyone. If it ever comes up in conversation I'll tell people to avoid it. The personnel refused to help and told me "you'll have to figure it out" I ended up spending over 40 minutes in the parking lot calling UHaul customer care in Madison, WI to help me through the terrible situation all because the lazy employee refused to do his job or offer any assistance whatsoever!

This is Uhaul corporate's fault not Reedsburg-I reserved several months in advance and yet had to pick up the truck more than an hour away from the location of my pickup location Reedsburg vs Madison). This caused me to need to leave work 2 hours early to make the drive and cost me a fair amount in gas (for my personal car and the truck. Uhaul should've made the effort to deliver the truck to my requested location. Further, I was shorted 3 blankets (because the location didn't have them, not their fault) and reimbursed for 1.

First off, my major problem was issues with the online Uhaul experience and calling in. Horrid. It needs to be straightforward. I was going back and forth trying to solidify a truck for a one-way trip and the site would not let me. Too clunky. Upon calling in mulitple reps were leading me astray. The first rep was especially horrid though. Very rude. For this exact location, the cab was filled with cat hair and had the poignant smell of cat pee stuck to the air. Bad.

Nothing both of the guys I dealt with were super nice and fast at getting me the truck I needed and they were super fast at doing that. Also they both had a great sense of humor which is always a plus to me. I would definitely go back and recommend them.

Not the fault of this location, but the fault of UHaul policy. We scheduled pickup in Baraboo, WI online, and showed up to find out they switched the pickup to Reedsburg. We were not notified and were an hour and a half behind schedule due to this. Please update your policy to ask for customer confirmation and not just assume they get the notice, and require the locations to call to the customer when it is switched. While we did get extra free miles, we still had to pay for the difference in fuel and lose a helper halfway through because we ran out of time. If the website says the location we chose has a truck available for the day we reserve, then we expect it to be there when we show up, not go drive to another town to get the one you need.
