The lot is small and the return was very difficult. Too many other vehicles in the way.

I had reserved a Uhaul at a different location and when I went pick it up, they told me there wasn't one available even though I had reserved one already. Maybe don't allow someone to rent one that's not available or just let them know ahead of time that the one they rented won't be available. This location though has always been good!

Fuel amount and mileage at rental were not correct. Rented 12 blankets and they are horrible, I was covered in blanket fibers and felt like they were in my nose all day.

The truck was awesome but the windshield was dirty both inside and out. The first thing I did was stop to clean it.

After about 2 miles of driving the alarm indicating the parking break was engaged began to beep over and over. I could see that the break was not engaged as it is right next to the driver in plain view. I pulled over and tried several things to get the warning beep to turn off which it would not. Engage and disengage several times. Engage and lurch the truck forward and disengage and finally engage and lurch in reverse. None of these tactics stopped the beeping. I had to at least drive back to the rental location to get a different truck and fortunately while returning the truck the warning stopped beeping. This needs to be fixed. You have a faulty sensor.

Returned a one way cargo trailer at 12:45. The employee said they were closed when I walked into the office. The website stated 1:00 PM. Employee was racing out door and directed me to return trailer via U-Haul website. Very rude! Would NOT recommend this location!

Funny how I go out of my way to do round trip for your company and find a way to charge me more. The truck was clean. Also funny I had to drive extra miles as you asked round trip and really saved nothing just wasted my time. Will never use uhaul again.

When you tell a service rep that you plan on returning the equipment on a certain day they should check that the drop off location will actually be open even if the hours say they will be.

There is absolutely nothing they need to do at this location to improve. I've used their services twice now and every encounter I've had has been a pleasure. Dylan is phenomenal! His interpersonal people/customer service skills can't be topped by anyone, I'm certain of this. His jovial personality matched by his extraordinary level of professionalism creates an atmosphere which turns what is naturally an anxiety filled stressful venture into a relaxing and fun experience. Moving isn't fun for anyone, Dylan has changed that.

I rented a utility dolly in addition to my trailer, and it was not until right before I pulled off, that I was advised they had no utility dollies. Not only that, but I had to instruct them to call another location to checked availability. I also had to unhook my own trailer when I returned. No one showed up to help.

They are closed at odd times even during the week. You wait forever on hold to talk to a person and when I returned the vehicle there was no one there and I had to disconnect the trailer myself on sloped lot and find things to put under tire. Not a good experience.

While I understand that vehicles do break down, this did cause my family a lot of difficulties / interruptions to our plan. I thought we should have been offered more than a "I had a bad day yesterday too" comment when we returned the vehicle.

Truck had 165,000+ miles and ran rough. I drove approximately 70 miles and put over 10 gallons of gas in it before I returned it. The gas tank may not have been as full as I was told.
