John and Son were very nice and helpful since I walked in to store for pick up. I felt they really care for customers. I will recommend and will be returning for my next move to this location.

I spent almost 30 mins trying to access the key. While doing that the system updated the account that I had the keys and accepted the condition of the vehicle/equipment which I get as unable to do. The backend needed to be swept out and the equipment I ordered was not in the vehicle as requested

Antoine LMG Customs is an awesome business. The experience we had was not negative toward them at all. But we had one issue after another with the uhaul.com side of things. The self checkin registration was a nightmare and wasted 40 minutes of our time we paid for. The site kept skipping steps and not giving us the code or letting us know which vehicle was ours. We were also quoted $35 for 8 hrs because everything was within 5 miles, well we used it half the time and spent $59. There's two taxes and some other bogus charges they tack on last minute. After all is said and done I'll just be asking a neighbor next time. Customer service couldn't help us figure it out and the whole experience was just negative. MG Customs kept a clean uhaul and all that was legit on their side but I'm fine never using uhaul again.

Joseph BI'd recommend people for the price and for the gentleman that assisted with pickup but after that not really within 20 minutes of driving the truck I got told basically the whole truck that need to be serviced and unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it and then when I return the vehicle the gentleman that took the key from me was just so dismissive and nonchalant when I first walked in the door as if I was bothering him or interrupting him even though they close at 7:00 and I was standing there about a quarter to 6:00 in which case I was told I'd be emailed my phone receipt which I didn't get into almost exactly 24 hours later the following night and then early this morning technically almost 2 Days later for some reason my card was trying to get ran again when I already paid up front.....idk the pickup guy was great tho

Lisa RThe text link supposedly timed out while I was trying to report the truck only had 7/8 of a tank and that the cab was dirty and whole front of the truck had bug parts all over to include the windshield being filthy with bug splatter and the inside had a film of dirt and streaked to the point it was hard to see through the glare. The person handling the rental had no idea where the keys were and no interest in taking care of me or the equipment. I had to find the truck and check it out on my own.

Tiago DI originally was routed to a different location when I made my reservation online that only had one-way trucks. Thankfully I went there early and they helped me resolve the issue, but it did take me longer than it should have to get my truck due to that mistake. Both locations were excellent and I highly recommend them.
Brian THad reservation set for 4:00 pm did not get out of there intill 5:15pm only had a 1/2 tank of gas When returining to the drop we agrred on they said we had to take to another location. Poor service

SHERYL MNo problem with the location. When it comes to the U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 process, I strongly recommend you improve the U-haul app. It took longer than necessary during pickup (i.e. the app wouldn't take pictures sometimes and the process had to be restarted from the beginning several times). The app also did not complete the return process (i.e. I tried to take the required picture of the odometer and gas level but the picture never uploaded and the app kept looping back to asking for the picture again). I could not proceed to the next step in the process because of this and had to physically ask for assistance to complete the return.

CHARLES FThe pickup and drop off locations were fine but the entire experience in between was absolutely TERRIBLE. Storage reservation for a room that didn’t even actually exist and wasn’t available, sent to multiple locations, completely wrong information, different information depending on the location, charged for extra day when I was specifically told I wouldn’t be, ZERO customer service available. It was a nightmare especially considering I’ve never had an issue in the past. Such a disappointment.

James KProbably nothing . . . the underlying business (that rents U-Hauls as a side gig) had some rather intimidating people hanging around the rental counter - I think it would be off-putting to many people.
