Micheal MeadowsYour app dose not work very well at all. I had to rent the truck for 2 days instead of 1 so I could pick it up when your representative was on site. I only used it for less than 5 hrs. It sat for several hrs due to the fact that the app did not allow me to pick it up on the weekend.

Randall BradleyOwner stated I was a B**** because the code did not load on the app to unlock the lock box. I hung up. He called me back and said “I’m not your husband, sun or boyfriend and if you don’t respect me I’m going to cancel your reservation, do you understand?” I hung up again and called customer service, who gave me the code. The owner, this location is contactless and he is not on site, changed my drop off location and I was charged an additional $300 because I did not respect him. Kousha Tabarroj is fraudulent and I’ve contacted the legal department to ask for assistance with this location. Also, as I was supposed to drop off at a different location, finding this out at drop off, I called the Uhaul rep and she said I could leave it at the location, which she was not supposed to tell me nor did she tell me I would incur a charge.

Rick WorrellWe have a cooperate account and the phone tree automated sent me to a voice mail and I got no call back this is not acceptable. When I got to a person on my third try and calling the standard number and being transferred I got it all set up. I would look at this as it would be a reason for me to look use another rental company.

I almost want to rent a truck from Kevin again just to experience his great customer service skills. In the future Kevin will be the first, second and third guy I call for a rental truck. Kelly LeiboldTruck cargo space was not swept clean of loose debris and dirt. Have fuel tank full upon pick up. It is total guess to fill tank to any intermediary levels upon return. It is a ploy by company to have customer fill tank greater then what was received!

STEPHEN CUTTSStaff was good, pick up and drop off (both in-person) were quick and painless. The van was essentially clean, but would have been better if windows and mirrors had been cleaned, and there were a lot of clunks & other noises when driving & switching gears. I would have felt more comfortable if the gas had been full when I got it so I knew I just had to fill it up when returning, rather than having to guess to get the gas gauge to just the right spot. Also, I was uncomfortable having to leave my car on the street.

LISA WALTERSyour app refused to work both when I picked up and then dropped off my rental. The system was unresponsive and there was a 55 min wait for the 800 number. If you are going to use an app trouble shoot it well. the local contact was not helpful on the app issue and I had to cancel the rental through a text since your app would not work.
