BOBBY BCustomer service people were less than polite. I was charged more then quoted. Stickers and tags on the trailer were not readable.

Chris NPlease ensure all windows, mirrors and operator items are fully working. The previous rental I got the drivers windows was off the track and could not be used and this rental the passenger's side mirror could not be adjusted leaving me only able to see the box of the truck ob the passengers side. Also the U-Haul app needs to be fixed so it is working as it should so cusotmers do not end up having to call in cause of freeze ups and reloads or the website taking forever to move to next page.
RUSSELL DThe truck smelled of cigarette smoke when we first entered the car and started driving. There was a tree air freshener hung off the steering wheel to combat this. The truck had a hard time changing gears and the transmission is probably on the way out. Not about the location specifically but I had difficulties with the app and the online website when picking up and dropping off my truck. I had to call customer service both times. Customer service was very helpful.

John MActually charge the charges one time as the customer requested and not added a charge then taking more money than originally what was due…even after asking fir a phone call to get the a final price the next day. It’s a complete scam to do such a thing to customers without a phone call or permission I never gave permission for this transaction.
Danella SWas not given 1st month rental discount I had on any of the uboxes for either contract - was not reimbursed the insurance fee on box we did not even use. Windows of delivery and pick up were sent and then immediately after another different timeframe was sent. Not a very noteworthy system. Not very happy with overcharges.

TERRIE ENot take pictures of customers with your cell phone. Try not to curse up a storm when something isn’t going right when customers are present. The office is very rundown. I would consider doing upgrades. Not a very welcoming atmosphere.

Terrie EThe truck share 24/7 is a great thought however the additional contacts are ridiculous. I had to do three because I am military stationed in Colorado with a Florida Id. The thought that people would answer their phones outside of business hours need to be rethought. My pick up was at 7am on a Sunday and I didn’t even get through the contacts until after 8am. It took a whole hour to get through the contacts. This aspect of the program should be eliminated. You already have my info and my card on file. I know that these comment more than likely go way side however if someone actually cares they should bring this up to their leadership. Just as I was typing forget it I’ll go to go to another company to the agent she said your approved. I will not use this program again unless this is removed. Otherwise great program!

WILLIE MI rented a U-Haul from my local location and I had a wonderful experience I had a question about a charge on my account and they were kind enough to explain what the charge was for and it was a misunderstanding on my behalf they were kind enough to walk me through to show me the details.
