What you can do is make sure the unit is clean as the same way you spect it to be returned well clean that’s all my concern other than that it was pretty good over all

Shondria KWhen we pulled in to the lot, the ground was full of massive pot holes that needed to be filled. The guy that runs the place probably was on drugs. When he saw me on the lot he started shouting "How many people are going to fucking come here today!" "This is bullshit!" I followed him to his small construction trailer to do the paperwork and it appeared that he lived on site due to the mattress and fridge inside the small 8x16 trailer. He would say a sentence or two and sound totally normal, then randomly start shouting. He would constantly say "Why do I have to work against my will" and "This is bullshit" etc. Definitely won't be renting from this guy again. He was definitely tweeked out on meth.

Montay ESo many holes in the ground they are not cleaned. Parts are broken in the inside was not strong. brake light was on, so don’t worry about it just drive anyway. Truck drove very poor we’re not recommend this place to enemy.

Earnestine FThis location is basically in a mud pit. The guy working there was very rude and weird was standing there saying no more people no more people as customers were driving up to return truck. Scream when we knock on window to to get the keys for the reservation. You could not pay me to go to that location.
Gladys WWhen I made the reservation, the older gentlemen was professional, courteous, and very helpful. However, the worker who I picked up the trailer from was the opposite. He was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We asked him to stay while we connected the car, to ask him questions to confirm the vehicle was strapped correctly. Initially, he said he wouldn’t stay. He stated, “I’m not going to do the work for you”. I told him we are not asking him to do any work, but rather just observe us and let us know if we are attaching the straps correctly. He again stated he’s doesn’t have to watch us or do any work. It took a few times of assertive requests for him to stay. Upon returning the trailer he was very rude, kept staring at us as if he wanted a confrontation. I’d like to hear from someone.

Montay EThe truck lights didn't work no brake lights no blankers and I got stopped because of that reason, when I returned the truck on time it said I wasn't at the location on the app and I will get charged extra and email them because that was the option they was giving me for my problem and it going on 2 days and no reply and I want my deposit back.

Montay ESite was a dump! Entrance was narrow, and off a busy narrow street, so making a right turn wasn't that easy even with a 12' trailer. Can't imagine doing it with anything longer. Ground was nothing but DIRT, and MUD. Hadn't rained in a week, but there was a huge mud hole in the center of the drop off site. Attendant backed in trailer, but my entire truck was cover in mud. I took a lot of flak from spouse for not choosing site off of 529.

Rafael UThe location is creepy. The truck we rented had not been cleaned. It was filthy. There was a very strong odor in the cab and we found a moldy leftover sandwich under the seats. The truck had evidently not been cleaned out - ever. The seats and dash was grimy and there was something loose behind the driver's seat which flapped when either window was down. The back trailer also had ants. Overall, a very horrible experience.

Mandy RGuy at the service window was rude both times I interacted with him. Went to turn in the truck and he yelled cause I woke him up. He was wearing socks and had blankets on the floor where he was sleeping. Very Unprofessional.
Dimas FRuben was very helpful he explained everything well and made the charges clear and even waived a let return charge/extra day. Great detail & customer service. Will definitely rent from this location again because of him.

TONYA SThe only thing that was a bit frustrating was the staff not being aware of the fact that y'all rent to customers with a licence from another country... I've rented trucks and vans from y'all several times in the past even to travel interstate with and I've continued to use you for both personal and business use because of that reason. The staff member at the location had no idea y'all could hire to me... to the point that I showed him receiopts from previous rentals and even showed photos of using your rentals across the US. Other than that he was great. Helpful, courteous, friendly etc.

TONYA SI was referred to this location from the original location I had a reservation at. That was booked a month prior to date needed, but didn’t have a truck available. Upon arriving to this location clerk did not acknowledge me as he walked passed me to go collect keys from truck in the yard. I stood and waited about five minutes to see if he would come back, which he didn’t. I then called for him and he screamed “just a second!!!” As I stood there I then started walking towards him he then proceeded to say he needs to collect keys from all the trucks. As if customer service is not important. Truck did not come with a dolly in it or moving blankets as I am accustomed to having on a uhaul truck. This seems to be like a mom and pop shop that uhaul franchises out, I assume. Uhaul really needs to look into who they let rent their vehicles as this location has bad customer service, is in horrible condition, and trucks are not being kept up.
