Kelly HowleyI could not be more impressed with this location. The facility itself is pristine with its beautiful tile walls and pendant lights over the counter. Patrick has such a kind spirit, and I appreciate how he went above and beyond to assist me. The 2023 Ford van had such a smooth ride, and the back-up camera was incredibly helpful. This puts all other U-Haul experiences to shame!

RALENE DEBORDThere wasn’t a parking space for the 26ft truck I rented. The parking lot is small and not designed for returning trucks, especially after hours. You’re instructed not to block any gates or entrances when dropping off after hours. They don’t open until 10 am and I had to have the truck back before 10 am. I was able to park long ways, but blocking the parked cars. I wouldn’t choose this location to return a truck.

My only complaint is with the process of renting - I had to provide my license information multiple times which was a hassle and time consuming. And having to provide the contact information for someone to "vouch" for me was a little intense. It made me not want to have to go through this again just to rent a truck for a couple of hours.

Jerry BridgesNo signs to let you know where to park the equipment. As I went inside the girl behind the counter did not take my info and was on the phone at the same time. She just told me to have a good day without taking care of my truck by checking it in. Later in the day I was charged $90.20 on my card because of thier mistakes while waiting til later to check in the truck I used. They had to refund the money but now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back. If they would have called me before charging my card I would not be out the money and it would have been a smooth check in

DONALD BUTLERDrop off was very inconvenient. It was after hours and the location is a gated community. I had no instructions nor access to park the 26’ truck I had. And the facility had the nerve to threaten a $50 fee if you blocked any spaces but there was no way to put the truck into the gated parking.

Joan HallI am beyond thrilled with my experience renting a UHAUL truck from this location! I had a special circumstance where I needed to keep my truck longer than expected, and a mileage issue that I was expecting to be a problem. To my absolute surprise and satisfaction, the people I spoke with at the dealership itself and at corporate headquarters were amazing! I was thrilled with how everything worked out, they accommodated me perfectly! Not only that, they were super nice to deal with! My truck was immaculate, the AC worked great! This is my second or third time choosing UHAUL and I vow I will ONLY use them in the future! Thank you so much to all involved who helped me! To anyone thinking about going elsewhere, don't be crazy! You cant beat UHAUL!

Due to the inconvenience and unsafe condition of the vehicle, we were told we would receive a $15 gift card. We never received it. I will never recommend UHAUL to anyone and will not be using this company anymore.
