Very difficult to use the app to pick up and return vehicle when the location does not have good WiFi. It takes longer than other places to pick up and return due slow internet.

JOHN RWhen we are seniors hauling a vehicle the staff should be available to assist as needed. I know there are liability issues but it’s helpful to make sure we’ve done it right. But other than that, it was a very positive experience as this was the first time hauling my vehicle. Blessing to U Haul and its staff!

DAWN PUsing the phone app to pick up vehicle, move as many questions as possible to reservation (ie: read/agree to policies, include additional form of identification/passport or person of contact). The day of a move is timed well and the pick up phone app took much longer than expected.
Jessica CThe U-Haul app and 24/7 pickup/drop off was glitchy and frustrating to use. It glitched and delayed my pickup & drop off. Neither went smoothly because of tech issues. The location could better mark personal parking for U-Haul customers who are leaving their vehicles.

gary cBe clear about the name of the business. It says MX4 Enterprises but out on the street it is known as Martin Stone. The address is correct, but there is nothing about the sign at the street that indicates it is an authorized U-Haul location.
DAWN PNOBODY WAS ON SITE TO DIRECT THE DROP-OFF, INVISIBLE LOCATION, UHAIL TRUCKS IN 3 DIFFERENT PLACES . BAD MANAGEMENT.
FRANK OI called online for a specific truck and was quoted for $106 which the customer service rep told me included the milage, and ending up having to pay $155 for the truck. When I dopped it off at the ending location I was charged an addition $55 for MILAGE which should've been included in the original price. So they are not upfront about their pricing. I also had to get a different truck and make it work because the prices kept fluctuating, which was very frustrating and not professional.

Brad KI left the car at the place I went with the uhaul return signs, but there was no guidance on the place where I should leave the key, neither in the application nor at the place I was at. I searched for the key box in the dark for exactly half an hour. In the end, I decided to go without leaving the key and hand over the key in the morning. On the way out, I accidentally saw the box in a very different place and was able to leave the key. it was an awful experience. Definitely mobile returns should be directed. especially regarding the location of the key drop box.
ILKER AFirst off, need to put signs to say where the office is. Took me 10 minutes to find the location. Secondly the trucks are in terrible driving condition. The truck was filled to “9/16ths”. Is that even a measure? Fill up the tanks full so it’s easier for the customer to fill it back up to full. Otherwise everybody is wasting money and time. Never felt safe to drive the trucks too . I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

Holley KThis was without a doubt one of the worst most unprofessional overall experiences I have ever had. I spent 2 hours waiting for them to verify my when I had driven an hour to this remote location. The dolly I requested was not in the truck, and getting a hold of the right people is almost impossible. I spent in total close to 2 hours on hold being transferred etc over the next day trying to find out where o could get the correct dolly. All this time I was paying for a truck I couldn’t use because I did not have the equipment I requested. Finally they told me to go to a gas station to get the dolly and the gas station made me pay AGAIN $36 for the dolly I already paid for. I will NEVER EVER use u-haul again.
Tertia CStop over charging... duplicate charges of 15.88 on 7/23 & 7/24....7/26 69.91 & 29.55 For a total of 131.62 for an advertised van if 19.95 per day. gilbert bThe truck was old and very tired. The steering was wobbly. A few parts in the truck were broken and just glued together including the vent. There was no dolly so the location gave me a furniture dolly, which was too heavy and bulky for my need and I ended up buying a dolly and didn't use the one given to me. Also, I didn't opt for the insurance but was charged $15 for it on my bill. Bottom line, very old truck that only got like 5 mi gallon and $25 in extra charges.

John RI had to wait for 25 minutes in an empty office for my 8am pick up. When the guys who work there finally came in to help the 3 people waiting. Ther were no apologies or explanations. Put my day off an hour so I didn't get back in time to turn it in in person.
