Easy drop off location for us 👍
Randy HThe pick business was fantastic ~ the drop off location is very tight parking ~~ you may want make on note on your site ?? Just a recommendation The bad part ~~ I was told that I would be refunded the days not used ~~ andat least 2 or 3 times while talking to, 1-880- uhaul, that I was ahead of schedule ~~ giving my contract number each time ~~ and advising them its a one way I'm dropping of in London Kentucky. They all said ok. Each time they said once you drop it off at your destination and it was recorded returned and then, call back and then they would be abe to figure out my refund. I dropped it off at the location, listed on my contact before 9:15 am as that would be 2 days ~~ Great guy! (but again tight parking) I then called back 1-800- uhaul and they said yes its back in our systen let me get you to Customer Service for your refund. I was transferred to Customer Service and when I was calling about my refund ~ I was transferred to, I'd assume to the department that would be issuing the refund. His name was Fred he advised me. He took my contract number and said let's get that refunded to you. He then paused saying we don't give refunds on "one-way" rentals. I said OK ~~ explain to me, why then didn't someone advise me of that the first or second time I called, giving my contract number to; which I am assuming they brought up my contract on their computer; not advise me of your policy at that time. My contract says "one way"; it alway has. He could not answer because he was noton those conversations. He finally said I will forward this to the Fund Department and they would call me within 48 - 72 hours. I said thank you and we ended our conversation. Well it's now PAST 72 hours so thats why I delayed in returning this survey. I will be posting this comment on your website as well Thank you, J. Scalise

David SIf I need a uhaul again I will definitely be using this location. Robin was amazing and so helpful. And the location is really easy to get in and out of with a humongous uhaul truck.

MARJORIE Lthe initial vehicle wasn’t ready check in via phone terrible gas station across street had no gas causeing extra miles i had to pay for. Reservation messed up compared to what i was actually told.
REBECCA OStaff was awesome, went out of their way to assist. My vehicle was broke down and they came and picked me up and brought me to their office so I could get a truck and tow trailer. They did have some issues with a wifi connection that slowed down their system.

brian rThis U-Haul runs better than the other one. They were very helpful and explained everything they could think of. I felt they wanted my business and were very friendly. Only problem was a short delay because of U-Haul's web site that they had a hard time connecting too.

Rentals U-haul location is the pinnacle of southern hospitality, the sweet and efficient hostess and business owner Erika welcomed me into her air conditioned home and ensured I left feeling taken care of like family. She may be small, but she is mighty! Able to lift the largest available U-haul trailer with her bare hands! If and when I need to make another U-Haul reservation I’ll be sure to contact this location for a repeat of fabulous service.

James kYou should visit ARSE and take a lesson from owners Erika and Sashar in how to efficiently, politely, and professionally manage a U-Haul rental facility, and how to administer corrective action when a piece of U-Haul equipment fails. If it were not for their gracious attention and professionalism, I would bite the bullet and buy my own cargo trailer rather than rent from U-Haul again! That said, you owe me for the hotel rooms I had to rent due to the incompetence of the Miami branch.
