There was not clear instructions as to the drop off. When i was told i could drop it off on Tuesday they said i had to be there before 730 pm because if i was not the gates would be closed and they were going to charge me for another day. I returned it on Tue. 3/11 at 540 and still was charged an extra day. I am a little upset about this.JOSEPH W.

The office was very cold. We had a reservation, but the staff gave us the wrong truck, then called us and urged us to hurry our return as they had another customer who was waiting for the truck we were given and were upset. The staff called us again after we advised them that we would be back in 30 minutes, making us feel unappreciated.GREGORY J.

The mirrors are not adjustable. I rented a truck at 1:30 pm.but had to have it back at 8:00 am the next day, but it still had to pay the full charge.KIMBERLY S.
I rented the truck from hemet they made drive to lakeshore to pickup the truck...the lock won't open ...I was on a time limit and the could told me about the gas I didn't have time to read the contract and they gave the key and said first truck and it was the second one didn't even walk me over to show me anything they weren't busy we where the only customers....JOHN P.

I guess I can't really blame the place, but there should be some kind of back up when the renters don't return the truck so the next renter has nothing to rent. Maybe space the time out more so people can be notified. Went to pick up my reserved truck at the allotted time only to find out the truck had not been returned. 3 1/2 hours later they finally showed.Kellie T.

The old guy that was helping me was having an actitud towards me. I didn't feel welcome To his place. Everytime Has asked for something he just look at me with out talking. Makes me very uncomfortable. This is my 2nd time . 1st time was a lady( better experience) thats why I went back. Never again.luz C.

Pick up was a breeze. No hassle, and the truck was very clean. Renting the truck was overall a good experience, the only reason I'm giving an â€œaverageâ€ rating is because I was given the rental for 6 hours. I only used the truck for 2 hours and the gas meter was still on full when I returned the truck. I was still charged a gas fee, which I thought was a little ridiculous.Brooke V.

They charged me an extra $1.25 for gas when on UAHUL contract it says $4.25 no military discount and call customer service. I guess they tried... I will never use or recommend UAHUL again to anyone.Lydia M.

It was a pain in the butt to use the telephone for registration and checking the truck out. It took about 30 min to check in and get the truck and another 30 min to return the truck. I understand and appreciate the staff abiding the Covid rules to keep us safe. Thank you. The staff was pleasant, professional & understanding.Lorna A.

The app didn't work and I didn't find the worker fast and responsive. I had to explicitly ask for him to run the transaction manually. Not social distancing. Not wearing a mask. That is not goof service.Tiffini B.

The two individuals working there (a female and a male) make u feel unwelcome. He didn't greet us when we walked in and upon leaving he threw the keys on the counter instead of handing them to us. When we dropped off the truck I asked if she had my correct email to send the receipt and she said â€œif u gave it to me correctly then I have the right one â€œ. When I tried to read her my email she cut me off and said we are done.FRANCISCO P.

Car was dirty back of the truck smell awful heavy weed . Basically someone smoke back there after all I go far I couldn't bring the truck back . Now all my stuff smell weed I can't even unpacked they all staying in garage for fresh out. I called the office to let them now as usual they didn't answe.
