Honestly this location is great only because the employee made it great. U-haul seems quick to make a sale but fail to deliver. I had the truck, dolly, and blankets on one reservation but I had to go to multiple locations to pick it all up... with 0 prior notice from u-haul. Your company needs to fix its delivery to clients. This isn’t an employee issue it’s a company issue.

I made a reservation almost a month in advance. The day before I pick up everything on my reservation was changed. Location and time requested. I had to call in and get it changed and the pick up time I originally requested was no longer available. Your service is unreliable. It made an already stressful time more stressful. I will not ever use Uhaul again. Id be willing to pay more for better service and reliability at a different company. I would also never recommend a friend to use your service either and will be sure to warn others about my experience. This has nothing to do with my pick up location. Macs in Moorhead MN was fine and my experience there was pleasant. Please figure out your logistics or stop taking reservations once you've over extended yourself.

I was happy with my service at this location. However, I was very disappointed that my truck rental pickup time was moved to the evening even though I requested to pick it up in the morning. I had to spend over an hour on the phone on Mother's Day to get a truck before my movers showed up the next day. I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance. I do not blame this location for this problem. It is clear that this is just how Uhaul operates.

I ordered moving blankets but none were available at this location. I had to go to a Fargo location to pickup. Not a huge deal but took additional time.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The auto trailer was a great choice, easiest car move I have ever had. The video gave instructions on how to load a car and gave me the confidence to do it alone. It was a very helpful touch.

Everything was great other than one of the employees had helped me line up and attach the trailer but didn’t tighten it down on the ball. This resulted in the trailer running into the back of my trucks tail gate and making a hell of a dent when I loaded my car.

The truck was acting strange... it felt like the engine was "jumping." The cab of the truck smelled like body odor. I don't expect new vehicles, but I would never have taken this truck out of town. Also, the UHAUL people were amazing, friendly and very helpful!! The person behind the counter when I returned the vehicle was very helpful in trying to find the person who could help me... I had to wait a few minutes because they were doing something else and she made sure I was helped as urgently as was possible... I appreciated the sense of urgency... while respecting the other customers' needs.

I had the trailer reserved for approximately two months ahead of due date. On the day before pick-up, I did get a call from a restricted number but was not able to take the call and was skeptical of the restricted number. I was confused when I got the text message and email notice for the changed trailer size and location. I thought something had gone wrong with the reservation so I called the number listed in the email. My only suggestion might be a small statement from U-Haul in the email or text notification saying something like due to availability the trailer has been upgraded and the new pickup location is:. Everything went well and would recommend U-Haul services.

The people I worked with we're very helpful. The overall experience was marred by the policies that UHaul as a company has in place. There is no reason that trucks should be rented out with no intent to fill the order.

The truck we got had damage to the grandmas attic that was not pointed out to us. We ended up having water damage to a bunch of our stuff due to this. I blame the company for hiding this and not fixing it before giving it to a customer or at least being transparent and up front about the damage.

Online sign-up was confusing, as thought I had reserved the trailer at Fargo location. Went to Fargo to pick up trailer, was told they had none available, and my reservation was at Moorhead (Mac's) location. Service at Moorhead was very good.

This trailer needs help. Rims were rusty. Roof leaked and contents inside trailer got wet. Don't know what year this trailer was made but maybe this equipment should be retired. NO JOKING MATTER!

I didn’t reserve pickup for this location. I was traveling in from out of town and chose another location that was closer to my destination. When I arrived at the other location I was told my pickup was at another place. It was slow service.

I put 20 mikes on in fargo. It used 7.2 gals of gas. Never let it idle one time. Total amount spent was about 70.00 bucks for I think 5 to 6 hours. But I got my daughter moved so everything is good. But 50.00 bucks I think would be much better
