Service was slow because they were busy taking care of auto repair customers. Their computer system or U-Haul’s computer system was very slow. I spent entirely too much time waiting to check out equipment and the check-in equipment .

No one helped me , I had to figure it out myself.. No one checked for damage. I had to buy an adapter at an auto parts store to hook up the electrical connector. I wasn't told about all the charges. I was given a total and expected to pay. Overall, a terrible experience.

Pickup was slow. The equipment was obviously used but was functional. There were a number of dents in the sides of the equipment but nothing that came up as an issue on return.

The truck was old and poor running condition and then a month later uhaul charged my friends card for extra stuff without consent . So beware

When I asked for help putting my car on the carrier, I was told by the employee that this was "not my job".

The gas tank wasn’t even 25% full. Plus the windows were dirty. This is not the first I have received a vehicle in this condition. Also for one way trips...customers should be given credit or return fund for being above the amount of gas given initials. This needs to change.....

This location was great, but the only reason I went here was because I rented a truck from the W Ajo Way store in Tucson, and the truck stalled out on me less than a mile away.

Didn’t work, couldn’t use dolly for truck., truck front end too wide for footprint on dolly, not enough clearance on side. Steering wheel does not lock on vehicle. Tried for 3 hours to adjust it to work. Took dolly back and was told that they could not give tefund

Pre trip inspection was not done all lug nuts were loose all four tire different air psi not to spec. A accident waiting to happen I should be reimbursed For my troubles and doing something that should of been done Pryor to pick up.

Arrived and waited to drop off trailer. Representative said to drive across the street, unhook the trailer and he would email me a receipt. Being a disabled veteran, luckily I had someone with me to assist. I believe contracted facilities priority of customer service is for their primary business. This is my 8th rental in the last fourteen months. Today I encountered another event of poor customer service and will this will be my last use of U-haul.
