The location was great only think was that the check in process did not want to work the final step ot didn't let me submit photos I had to contact customer service to manually add them.

Went to pick up the trailer nobody was there to pick it up. Waited 45 minutes nobody still was there called up. They sent me to another location. They didn’t have the party either either or trailer. Spent four hours and they charge me $85. I put a complaint in to get full refund back I hope, your
Rudy VI called several times during business hours, and no one answered. I didn't want to fill the gas tank with the car trailer, but no one answered, meaning I had to pay for them to fill the tank and paid way too much for gas. Customer service was non-existent, as there was no one at the location when I returned the truck and trailer.
