The first truck I attempted to pick up the night before my move was not ready and the keys were not left out for me. When I tried to call I was hung up on twice and had to figure it out on my own. I made a new reservation for the next morning and it was supposed to include a dolly which it did not and when I called again I was hung up on twice and finally got through the third time after waiting for an hour and a half on hold and all she said she could do was put a note that I never got the dolly and she couldn't help me find a new one. I will never use U-Haul services again.Briana D.
Honest mileage and well maintained, although, the cabin had a smell as if something crawled in the engine and died, DO NOT USE A/Câ€¦ other than that, great experience with the Mafia team !!Ruthie M.
I was charged for 10 days while I only rented for 9. A rep. for Uhaul asked me to keep the truck overnight instead of dropping it off at the truck stop. It cost me additional money and although Uriel put EXACTLY what he told me in the notes, they still charged me an additional day! I don't have a problem paying what I owe, but to have my money STOLEN from my acct.....cause that's exactly what happened. I've contacted the area manager and been in contact with several different associates...to no avail. Customer service is dead and integrity is a non-existent character for this company. Karma is everything, not all money is gd money! I am very DISAPPOINTED. Will not be using UHAUL for my future move.ðŸ’¯ðŸ˜¡ Ms. LumpkinAminata L.

The transmission seemed to be skipping, the battery went dead. The location isn't staffed properly. The pickup process was unclear because the truck was around the back. The app didn't work properly to return the truck and we couldn't find a representative to help nor could we get thru on the main uhaul line. This was beyond awful.NiTara W.

1) Better communication - between pick-up location and main office - then to the customer. 2) How can you present a customer with a dirty rental without letting them know first that it has not been cleaned? 3) Have more readily available rental at locations.THUY AN THI H.

Location didn't have no customer service what so ever. The man that owned the car wash next door was way more friendly and had better customer service. Then when I tried to reach out to the owner he told me to call support. Support was helpful and professional.Raychale R.

There was some confusion in obtaining the key. When I called the toll free number (877)6733704, I was able to find out the information I needed to obtain the keys for the truck. This put me back 19min, but it all eventually worked out. The truck was very clean and in good mechanical order. It drove me from point A to B.Bernice W.
