Original pick up location was Barlow, however when we arrived to retrieve our truck at the scheduled reservation time of 2pm, we were told there were zero trucks available. Fortunately, we had an individual at U-Haul help us locate an available truck in the city. The downside was that it was all the way in the upper NE quadrant of the city, more than a 30 min drive from point A to point B, more milage and more $$$ gas. Otherwise, we were still able to move the day as scheduled, just delayed by 4 hours.Danika C.

I ordered the unit only to be contactless! I thought I could do everything from my phone and Skip the line to grab my keys! The man working at the Counter was Rude and Unprofessional! He blatantly told me they don't use contactless and that I have to go through extra steps to grab my keys after I assured him I've done so already on the website he said Nope I need to provide more â€œstuffâ€ I had the confirmation on the screen still but I had to wait in line for him to look at my screen and give me the keys after waiting in line! He said he didn't care and for me to make a complaint. Please stop advertising easy mobile pick up when the merchants are not following through he said he's told U-Haul multiple times they don't offer this service. So I guess this is my Complaint! Also the U-Haul was filthy!!! There was food wrappers from McDonald's and Bottles of Juice all over the front and under the seats! Absolutely Disgusting!!! I will Never step foot in that location again!!!!Janiece M.

Van had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The return option on the app did not work, I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone and could not get through. The person at the location was very friendly and helpfulAntony D.

There was a bad smell inside the van like poop of the animals, i took the rental van since i have an appointment to pickup one pingpong table in downtown, and we had to leave open all the windows as you cannot take the bad smell. it should took me an hour for the rental but because the store cannot find my signed up papers from online, he redo it again. I should pickup the van at 5pm that day but it took another 30mins to signup again, then another 30 mins to lineup at gas station to fill-up the air into one one of the tires because of tpms issue as per the store i need to put air. The customer shouldn't filled up the air. It should be in a good condition right from the store, correct?. AND another really bad experienced, I WAS CHARGED for two days since as per the customer service I was over by 30mins on the rental time, who made a messed of the rental time? Its not me, its the store and why do i have charged for that?â€¦JUSTO C M.

Truck was left dirty from previous driver and vehicle was covered in hail damage and windshield damage. Took almost an hour to pick up and leave with the vehicle and the rep didn't care to do a walkaround to ensure vehicle integrity. I will never use this location again and I recommend corporate seriously consider ceasing business with this neighborhood dealer.Geoffrey B.

Our dealing experience was too bad. The person who was dealing with us. Neither he inspect the vehicle in front of us before handing over nor after he inspected the vehicle. Moreover he asked us to click the photo of meter so he don't have to go outside. He didn't even explain anything about the term and condition for renting the U-haul, just asked me to sign the contract after printing the contract. Very bad experience, will not recommend anyone to go on this location.yadwinder S.

Make sure when people are booking online that if the hours are already booked up, it should not be available for selection. At the time I went to pick up the truck it overlapped with someone's time slot that was before me and also overlapped later on in my booking, which means the truck was triple booked. Moving is serious and no one should have to be told their truck is not available for moving. Thank goodness the representatives at this location went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck for a 24 hour period.Meranda G.

The location staff was friendly and helpful, the location fairly easy to find, it is inside another business, so it was kind of a bit tricky finding the u-haul sign. The van inside had some white dust all over, like construction material had been hauled so we had to sweep it out before loading furniture, other than that everything was just as expectedWILLIAM K.

I had booked the 9 inches card van 4 days before for 9 am and it got bumped to evening hours 2 times. So then I had to hire an expensive one comprising my budget and I also was charged insurance when I had selected I don't need insurance.
