We were expected to have a different pick up location 24 hour notice and also a different drop off location 12 hour notice. We also got a different size truck compared to what we reserved and that was changed 24 hours in advance

Julius MTrucks just need more maintenance. The steering in mine was not very responsive (had a huge deadzone (not sure of the real term) that made turning a bit tough). Otherwise, these owners/operators are extremely friendly and personable.

Glenn BOf the several rentals I have made in the past few months, this one was by far the worst. Truck's suspension was shot and was vibrating while driving. Is someone going to pay me $25 because I had to clean out the back of the truck from the previous renters? Because they have a sticker that warns you of a $25 charge if you don't make sure everything is clean in the back. Literally used a blower in the back to get rid of what was leftover. Truck fuel was marked as "half full" but was less than full at approximately 210 miles when I picked it up. This cost me another $10-$20 in gas because I was told "If you don't return it with exactly as much gas as was marked, we will charge $5.50 a gallon with a smile.

Robert MThat truck needs serious repairs
Saulius GWe dropped the truck off at night, the facility was closed so we had no interaction with anyone. We returned the truck with the requested amount of gas in the tank, however, my receipt showed I was billed $16.50 for gas. I dispute this charge, the tank was filled to the same level as when we requested the truck.

Andrea SThe woman who helped me with my reservation at Mailboxes & More in Westmont, Illinois is extremely helpful and understanding. The U-Haul app, however never seems to work correctly, and caused more delays and stress than necessary. Both picking up and returning my rental did not work
