Van was extremely dirty inside and outside. Pick up wa ssupposed to be at 9:30 and office opened almost at 10am. the van was dirty with horse poop inside. On top of that they overcharged me $20 extra and I don know why!!! Terrible service!RUBEN DARIO H.

Nobody knows what they are doing. Customer service is extremely rude and when I called to get assistance they hung up the phone on me. They have charged me 3 times for charges I don't even know about. Terrible company in general. I'll be informing everyone I know never to go through this company.YASOARA R.

In answering the question "Was the equipment clean and well maintained?" was yes, with an asterisk. The truck was clean inside, but very dirty outside, especially the front windshield. The checkout was good, but when turning van in, I was not given the lockbox code. ( the code was provided at the beginning, but not given when turning in the car - I did not write it down at the beginning. So there was no way to turn the key in after hours.
