there was one perosn who didnt know the systwm. i as a customer had to walk him through it and he didnt know anything about his job. he was the only one there and he said the other guy is the one that does the computer stuff. hire more staff and train them better.Jackeline S.

Upon delivering the unit back at the location, I parked the vehicle in an accessible parking stall . But the employee there made a big stink about where to park ...if u want to designate certain stalls for certain vehicles...mark those with signs ...truck share is awesome ......love not have to talk with incompetent people. Thanks uhaul move to the digital age...you need to rent parking spaces throughout the city to make truck share work even betterMario W.
Checkout service was polite and timely. However the truck was damaged. I was told this by staff and told a ticket had been submitted. Turns out the damage affected a headlight and created a dangerous situation once I was on the road at night. Then when turning the truck in I told the staff member about the issue. He questioned whether I was telling the truth about the damage being from a previous rental. He delayed my checkout and had to call the location in Laredo to check on the issue. They finally confirmed it was previously damaged and not my fault but still had not turned in the damage ticket.Burton S.

One light in the top back of the left side of the 6 x 12 trailer was not working when we picked it up. Worker fixed it by opening and tapping bulb, it worked for about 30 minutes after that and stopped working for the rest of our trip. Trailers should be thoroughly checked before renting them out instead of waiting to check them while customer is there. There were no additional trailer to exchange it thereafter.Frank I.

First off, UHaul online reservation system allows customers to reserve moving trucks that do not exist at requested locations (verified by UHaul Rep). I received a call 20 minutes after my reservation confirmation stating that not only was the truck not available, they have never had the requested size truck in Laredo, TX. So, they gave me another non-convenient location for pick up for a smaller truck. I picked up the truck, Mailboxes Postal Shipping (UHaul rental facility on San Dario) had the online contract information and it was correct for a 5 day In-Town rental. When I returned the truck, Mailboxes Postal Shipping had a problem closing out the contract. Apparently, through absolutely no fault of my own, an employee at Mailboxes Postal Shipping made a mistake and modified the contract incorrectly and it was showing as a One-Way rental. The employee had to go through the Laredo UHaul Traffic Manager, Mr. Perez, to correct the problem. Instead of providing actual customer service and researching the error, Laredo UHaul Traffic Manager, Mr. Perez, decided to simply attempt to overcharge me by nearly $125. Mr. Perez was notified by the employee at Mailboxes Postal Shipping that they had made an error and that the charge was incorrect. Mr. Perez did nothing to help, he simply tried to overcharge me. When I complained to the employee at Mailboxes Postal Shipping, she told me that I had to call UHaul National to get the overcharge corrected even though an employee at Mailboxes Postal Shipping was the one who made the mistake, NOT ME. So, I spent nearly two hours on the phone, two hours of my life wasted, trying to get the contract corrected even though I did nothing wrong, it was all the fault of the employee at Mailboxes Postal Shipping and the Laredo UHaul Traffic Manager, Mr. Perez. Finally, a National Traffic Manager at UHaul found the error, agreed that it was all due to the negligence of the staff at Mailboxes Postal Shipping and due to the negligence of the Laredo UHaul Traffic Manager, Mr. Perez. Either Mailboxes Postal Shipping or Mr. Perez should have handled the mess they created themselves, I should not have had to correct the mess they themselves made and waste two hours of my life. So, once it was all corrected, I called Mailboxes Postal Shipping of Laredo back and asked to speak to the Manger/Owner or to Mr. Perez. I left several messages to call me back, and guess what, they never called me back. All I wanted was an explanation as to what went wrong, why I was left responsible to fix the mess they created, and to ask for a simple apology from Mailboxes Postal Shipping and Mr. Perez, the Laredo UHaul Traffic Manager. They never responded or offered an apology. Look, mistakes happen, but no one ever offered a simple apology for what I had to do to fix the mess they made on their own, that is all I wanted, a simple apology. So, here is my review of UHaul, the Laredo UHaul Traffic Manager, Mr, Perez, and Mailboxes PoBernard A.

Cabin was dirty with pets hair and food particles; additional the cabin is extremely noisy, it is very hard to be able to listen to the radio and it is worse to listen from the cell phone. The light in the cargo box should be improved with (better bulb) and second light diagonally located from current one.LOUIS M.
