The Smart phone app was useless. Simply horrible !!! Everything else was fine but the app was a major barrier to executing the rental. Ron Colennello sayed the day. The 10' rental truck was fine except for the fact that the check engine light was on the entire trip home - not sure why.Ronald W L.

Nothing comes to mind other than my reservation was to pickup in Middletown only 2 miles away and we had to travel extra 17 miles each way plus hour and half of our time. We were told we would get an extra 100 miles for the inconvenience but did not receive and was charged for 65 extra miles. We were not familiar with area and got lost.Roger C.
