Not a Uhaul location, just a parking lot. No supplies as requested. No dolly or moving blanket as requested. This made moving much more difficult than it needed to be.
BRIAN FI had problems picking up the truck but soon as I figure it out it was easy ,but the return was more difficult than usual . But everything got straighten out.
MARY JThey gave me the address to pick the truck up but the truck wasn’t there. So we drove around the place and finally we seen a truck up the road across the street behind a building. They should have just given me the exact location of the truck.

Carl AUHaul computer issues for pick-up caused the process to take in excess of 20-25 minutes after pre check in had already been done... consequently, we were delayed leaving. On site employees were most apologetic and nice, but that did not erase the computer delay issue... FYI for future customers (and we are repeat customers many times over)... thank you!

TAMMY GDrop off could of been in Forsyth, Mo but it was set up to be dropped in Branson which was several miles from the location that we were Delivering the Furniture. Very inconvenient.
barbara pTo be honest don't try to change the drop off location because sometimes we don't have the money to put in more fuel when they change the location and then change it back

Joshua JWell they messed my reservation up completely. Than messed up my one way and changed it locally. I was only suppose to pay 19.95 according to online and a 50.00 deposit and never did none of it was right. Ended up paying way more. It was crappy n crappy service.

Anita oPissed off because they staff at Bowling green did not try to accommodate me in any way. He had a transporter but was saving it for someone else, What about first come first serve. Poor service!!!!!
