GREG ACustomer service was excellent. The owner went above and beyond what he would have had to do. I highly recommend.
Bob LLuke was a superb technician, I was 100% confident of the equipment running correctly, and I received excellent knowledge of how to use and run the equipment. I couldn't ask for a better U-Haul Rental place than this one. The only glitch that needs some work or overhaul is the U-Haul website for setting up a rental, looks pretty outdated, and froze three times while setting up my reservation. This technical issue needs to be updated as that was the only thing that took time, which it shouldn't have. Thank you.
