First of all, the man behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience to him to check me in. Then when I attempted to pay in cash, I was rudely told they didn't accept cash. I've used cash on previous rentals. Some sort of notice needs to be on the app/website. Truck was dirty, damages photographed. Clothing left in cab. I ordered a dolly and upon inspection of the vehicle, no dolly was provided. When I went back to the counter, the man was on his call phone. He paused briefly so I could show him my receipt paying for the dolly. He pointed across the room and told me to get it. Wtf

I was having issues with the APP to do a online check in when I picked up the truck it wasn’t very user friendly but the guy at the desk was helpful and efficient so I was in and out very fast after getting the truck I needed to extend the time which I was able to do via the App and I was able to return the truck via the app
Courtney CPlease train employees to explain if you rent for multiple days but deliver equipment to different location one way that they will not get a refund on rental. I paid $475 for what ended up being a 1 day rental and that was including gas. The gentleman at the delivery location let me know and I was upset to say the least. Next time I'm thinking of going with a different rental company. I could have gotten a rental car cheaper.
MICHELE MI received a call about 15 minutes before my reservation that the location I reserved my vehicle at did not have one for me and to arrive at another location instead. The new location was about 20 minutes away from me and relative to the original location was far in the opposite direction of where we needed to go. This put a rush on us to travel to make the pick up time and doubled the cost of the ride share we needed to get to and from the pick up location so overall a very negative experience with additional/unexpected costs.
Alexandra RI showed up at location and parked in front of the building. When I went inside the office it took a couple minutes for a worker to come out. He barely looked at his computer and then said it was fine to just drop the trailer where it sat. I asked if I was checked back in for returning the trailer and he said yeah. I went out and unhooked the trailer and dropped it in a parking spot in front of the office building. As I was getting back into my truck another random person walked out of the office and told me to turn the trailer around and back it into a different spot on the side. I told him that the person in the office said to leave it here and I had already disconnected it. He got pissed off and said, "Can't you just do me a fucking favor man, you don't have to be an asshole." I got out of my truck and he just walked off. I then loaded the trailer back on my truck and turned it around and put it where he requested, dropped the trailer again and went in the office and he was no where to be found, no thank you, no nothing. I then left. This was the worst Uhaul experience I have had and I would strongly suggest removing this vendor from the Uhaul name.

Not friendly in person and not happy for my business. Place was filthy, and it was 5 minutes open so I can imagine how bad it is towards the middle and end of day. I will never visit that Uhaul ever.

eui yAs mentioned prior, the shop owner was quick to notice the leak from under the truck near the left rear wheel. I think such issue can easily be avoided with routine checkup or maintenance at the shop that rents them out. Thankfully I had the Safe Move insurance.

Nobody is at the counter when I checked in.Just all around horrible experience. They didn't even seem to want to care. I will never use that place again 😞.I give them a 1 out of 10. Marie RThe check engine light was on. I told the owner they said "ok you'll be fine sometimes it could be the gas cap. I'll look into it when you return it!" Plus they told us we can return anytime before its due back. We'll wave the fee if you return before its due back. I WAS STILL CHARGED $20 FOR RETURNING IT BEFORE IT WAS DUE BACK. The return time was at midnight. I returned it about 9pm. I got charged anyway even after they said there wouldn't be a charge. I tried to call them repeatedly once I seen the charge today. Their phone kept going to voice-mail. Even when I called from a different number it would go directly to voice-mail.
Michael CJesse, guy up front is very rude and does not care about the customers a lot. Didn’t include furniture dolly and also didn’t reimburse money for the gas since it was empty when I got it. Will be filing a claim with U-Haul and my bank. Good luck. I recorded everything.

Usef WWe rent for our business 4-5 times a year. This is our first time at this location. When we got there, the gentleman that checked us in seemed irritated. I know it's a body shop but we had a reservation and should have none we were coming. He told me that I received a link. I told him there is an issue with texts and that our regular shop usually has to resend them to me. He said, "I don't know". I told him that if I don't get the link I can't add my license. So he went in the system to fix it. Then he told my coworker that the truck is in the back. There are a lot of cars back there (body shop) and he said it was difficult to get out. Usually the other location will pull it up front for us. I was finishing with the gentlemen and he said we were all done. I told him that we didn't have the text to upload pictures/verify mileage/etc. He just shrugged. I text around to the people that were on the last project and was able to get it sent. When we returned it, we pulled it in front of the gate (there are two u-hauls out front). The guy asked why we didn't back it back in to the very back because that is where it goes. My coworker said he wasn't doing that. He didn't want to hit any of those cars in the back with a 26' truck. They guy was upset and said to never rent from him again. We had already said earlier that it was the worst service and this just topped it off.

Eric RI am renting a lot of trucks and trailers from UHaul. This location has the worst service I was every given or not given. Starting with the printout that takes 5-8 mins as their Wifi is bad or whatever, up to that I attached the trailer myself before the nice female employee found anyone to help me do that (easy - I can do that ... no problem). The rental term ended on Sunday 3 pm ... and other locations always kindly asked me to bring it back the next morning, so the equipment won't get stolen. And I am ok to do that although I am not a morning person ;-) ... So I asked that young lady and she said - OK, that works. Now I brought it back ... waited 20 mins and they did not show up at the opening time ... so I finally left it there ... and I would have driven over 3 hours later to see if all is fine or if they would have been off for MLK day. To my surprise, an hour later I got an invoice with 3 days and not 2 days and an $46 addon for that 1 day, while my 2 days were $57 ... I called - they hung up and second call went to voicemail, so I explained it and ask for a call back ... which never happened - so I drove by at 4:30 pm and got into the office - and fr 15 mins nobody showed up. I went into the car work shop and they said if I wait long enough they would show up. 5 mins later the boss shows and he had a bad attitude. Seems he did not care about the trailer being stolen and he would not want to help me getting this situation resolved. Never ever will I rent there again ... but I called customer service and I hope they will do the right thing ...

I always take pictures and calculate my own mileage and this experience was way off, if I’m ever pushed to this location again, I won’t rent. Thank you

Fernando DIt’s a body repair shop that shouldn’t operate a UHaul service. The owner should focus on his body shop as I initially got there and no one was available for 10 Minutes. After I returned it, one day later I receive a voicemail asking me when am I going to return it? I retrieved it to an associate that was clean another Uhal truck. So if the associate took it I hope I’m not at fault.
Othello DManager 20 min late, surly, generally refused to speak, refused to print or give me contract even after I requested it, refused to tell me fuel gauge rating, told me I had to call uhaul to get it myself (which I did). I brought up fuel gauge discrepancy to contract, manager shrugged and walked out the door! (Side note, Uhaul telephone customer service able to resolve everything no problem, vehicle in excellent condition.)

It stated that they open at 7:30, and we came to pick up the truck at 8am, and there was nobody there till I called the U-Haul customer service . And someone finally show up to clear the 24/7 share.
