I was delivered an absolutely filthy truck, some dried gross liquid spilled all over the floor they offered to detail it before I took it out but I was on a tight schedule . I brought the vehicle back and they charged me a thirty five dollars cleaning fee! What a bunch of scumbagsLOUIS M.
1. Don't change my pick up location. I picked the original location for a reason. I had to take a 2 1/2 hour bus ride to get to the updated location. That delay caused me to miss out on a crew to load my truck. I'm 72 years old. I had to start the loading by myself. Wasn't able to get help to finish loading the truck until the next day. 2. The truck steering continued to pull to the left. I believe the truck was out of alignment making it difficult to drive.Keith J.

I had to wait for the truck to be returned for 1.5 hours by the renter from the previous day. The person working the desk was not very customer friendly. I returned the vehicle the same day but after they closed. But I was charged for two day rental. When I called to ask about the extra charges, I was told by the same guy the he is not responsible for me not reading the contract.Very rude.JOHN ANDERSON T.

Uhaul changed location to get this trailer. This location is inside a body shop. When i entered, the man was on the phone for 10 minutes with a customer that has work being done on his vehicle! I felt that my business was NOT important enough, his body shop was more important! I had vehicles inside that wouldn't allow me to turn around inside but had to back out into a busy street which was dangerous! Didn't get a copy of contract like other Uhaul locations give after i requested one. I called Corporate and complained, asked for an area manger to contact me but no one called me from Uhaul! I didn't receive a copy of contract when i brought the trailer back, one day early! I will never recommend this location. I am considering filing complaints against Uhaul with the BBB and the State of Nevada for endangerment since NO ONE from Uhaul could address this issue(s)!DANIEL ALEX B.

Create a checklist and review at least 2 times! I requested a moving dolly which is equally important as the truck if moving huge, heavy items by yourselfâ€¦. Opened the back of the truck to retrieve the keys and noticed the dolly was not anywhere to be found. I call the majestic auto and no answer since it was early morning hours so I leave a message and no return call whatsoever. I held on as long as possible till my arms and legs said â€œno more!â€ So I purchase a dolly which of course added to my moving budget and obviously added to miles on the truck. I don't know about everybody else but with 4 kids to support better believe I have to follow a strict budget. In the light of it all no pulled back or any major injuries, thank God for that! Believe me I would have given perfect reviews but truck & dolly go hand in hand when moving solo. Till this date I'm not sure if I was charged for the dolly or not. It's the same amount charged from the initial estimate. So I'm assuming yes I was charged amd it's too much hassle to call and waist 15 min of precious time to find out so I'll leave it to the person reading this review because in essence the responsibility befalls on you now ðŸ¤“ anywhoâ€¦ ciao!francisco V.
Be open during your business hours! We had a reservation and when we showed up the place was closed, even though we arrived two hours before they were supposed to close. We had just been dropped off by Lyft and had to wait outside for about 45 minutes waiting for another Lyft. I called the 800 number back and they were very surprised to hear they were closed. We re-scheduled for the next morning, but we lost a lot of valuable time that affected our move. No compensation was offered on the phone or in person, just a â€œsorry about thatâ€œ comment. We have always used U-Haul for any of our moves and in the past we were offered compensation when the truck we had reserved was returned late.Sharon R.

Educate your employees on the equipment. We were not told what ball size we needed to hook up the trailer and only learned that we had the wrong size once my brother brought it up. I also went out of my way to have a pre tow inspection prior to coming to this location, called 4 different numbers, waited on hold for an hour, and talked to someone in person. Most people had no idea what I was talking about and I wasted a ton of time on something that wasn't actually required. The woman helping us at Majestic was super sweet and helpful, she was doing the best she could considering she had never helped someone hook up a trailer before.Caroline W.
