Uhaul scheduler changed my pickup location and I confirmed the night before that new location was acceptable. I arrived and was told by mechanic shop that my order was canceled (I was charge a $50 cancellation fee also) the 15' truck was reallocated to another customer. I contacted Uhaul scheduler and was told that the shop owners were the ones who canceled the order. Shop owner denied that was not possible because it was after hours. Uhaul scheduler worked his magic and was able to refund the cancellation fee and fixed the problem (THANK YOU!). I was able to take the truck that afternoon (it was a one way rental). Shop owner was very apologetic and although his shop didn't carry all the packing supplies I needed, he sold me what he did have at wholesale price. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go back to my "preferred pickup location" to get the remainder of supplies. Also, EVERY rental (car or truck) I have ever rented ALWAYS had a full tank of gas. This truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas from this location pickup and the passenger window was rolled down. Who knows how long it was sitting there with the window down. It's Florida and it typically rains every afternoon. Thankfully the interior was not wet. Overall, everything worked out thankfully to Corp Uhaul scheduler assistance.Michael L.

The only thing that made me happy was they were feeding stray critters aka cats dogs ðŸ¦ I even gave them a donation to buy food and then they pulled that gas gage crap , thankfully we won't be using you anymore we did in the past and will not recommend and I am going to tell everyone I can about the shady crap and with thexway the world is today you would think or hope that people would appreciate your business obviously NOTBRUCE M.

The location had no parking so had to park across the street. The inside of business was dirty and cigarette smoke. The people working the desk were not wearing masks. If I ever rent a U-Haul and you switch our pick-up to this location, I will cancel my reservation and use a different company. Never had a problem at the other location, the one we originally wanted to pick-up from. The cab was VERY dirty. Grease handprints and sticky steering wheel. Someone had been smoking inside and a film on the windows. I spent at least an hour cleaning the inside for the long drive. You should pay me for the cleaning AND moving the vehicle from such a bad place.Jennifer P.
place was a mess. Trailer was burried behind several disabled vehicles. hard to get to. Charged incorrectly when I picked up the trailer. Was charged for extra insurance I didn't want. Told it was manditory according to Uhaul Corporate offices.mike P.
I was eating up by bugs in the waiting room. It was a mess with two big dogs on property and smelled like dog urine. The truck had not been swept out but was clean enough. This did not look like the average place you wanted to rent a truck from.ronald R.
When I arrived at the drop off location during working hours at 12:18pm, nobody was there, the place looked like an abandoned trashy mechanic shop. I waited for and hour and called the number and nobody answered . So I decided to park the truck at the entrance and dropped the keys in the designated key drop off box. A week later I received an email from Uhal indicating that I still have not dropped off the truck. I took live time stamped pictures of me dropping off the truck and send it to Uhal.
