Pam HollandMy extra equipment was not provided. I was given the keys for the wrong truck. It took me over 20 minutes to get in contact with someone who could help solve the issues, and they were barely helpful. The location was fine, but service was not.
SARAH ROWANNever again. Person age 13 or 14 doing all paper and computer work. Person rude was suppose to open at 8:30 came in around 11:30 . U need to close this store. Drop off was great.
freddie hughesI was charged for insurance that I declined. I did not order insurance for my trailer. I declined it when I placed my order. I did not get a copy of my order when I picked up my trailer. I called Uhaul to ask about it and they said they would fix it after I returned the trailer. When I dropped off the trailer the store manager told me he would fix it. I called Uhaul again and they said they would fix it. Three days later it’s still not fixed!
Clifford JohnsonPersonnel should have mention that when dropping off the truck early than the scheduled drop off date to do a self-check in. I wasn't scheduled to turn in the truck until Sunday but turn it in on Saturday.

lourdes cruzI was not happy that I was charged for four gallons of fuel ($17.00), I made sure that the gage read over a qtr tank. I had also reserved a hand truck and this site did not have any.

Shane strausbaughDrop off location was first set to a place called Angelos Food Mart , they refused to take the return and basically just said go away. Spent 2 hours on phone trying to get an alternate return location and Uhaul corporate kept putting me on hold and the line would hang up forcing me to start the whole process over and over. 2nd time I got a drop off location from uhaul corporate I asked them to make sure that location would take trailer, they would not, then she found me a location that would take it. Person on phone would not take my number down to call me back if we got disconnected. Every time you call you get a different person and you have to start over.

Jared MercierOld , run down - first location cancelled reservation without telling me and then gave reservation to someone else - even after I called to update the time - text message was sent after cancellation and text message said to call to avoid cancellation - then they sent me to this location which was a small shop - nice attendant but would not recommend

Clinton RowinThe truck was really bad, full of sand on the cabin, garbage all over the cargo area, one of the tires was low in pressure so we had to stop and fill it with more air, We used the truck 70 miles and refueled it before leaving at the location and we still got fuel charges in the email receipt! Really disappointed and never gonna use uhaul again

TERRY WARRENTheir signs said Open, but doors were locked and employees walked around the parking lot while I worked to disconnect and return the trailer by internet. No help at all - I will never use their location again.

Carlos SilvaThe location was great, but UHauk was awful. We are still getting random and invalidated toll charges on our account and are being charged prior to any resolution online (the only way you can) dispute. Called and talked to 3 different people who pushed off the responsibility to the automated service or a higher-up. Watch your credit card accounts. Pay up front with cash and don’t share your credit card information - they will continue to charge regardless of disputes.
Chance CarterThe ignition was temperamental. The mobile checkin worked but no equipment assigned so I had to wait for almost 30 minutes Also, the mobile return would not work.

Griselle Diazmy trailer disconnected while driving and was damaged and so was my car because the person who hooked up the trailer did it incorrectly and didn’t upload pictures of how he connected it. The trailer was dirty on the inside and also had equipment in it i didn’t rent. My life was put at risk because of the laziness this employee. My car went on 2 wheels twice and trailer was insanely close too flipping also. i think the best thing too improve the customer experience from this location would be too take there license away for renting your trailers. The people that work there should NOT be hooking up trailers and maintaining them because they clearly don’t care. also too mention it took almost 50 minutes for me too rent this trailer and all the other times i have rented one it has only taken 30 mins max, the people at the first location just did not care about there performance or my safety
