Property has minimum signage for intrusions. Girl came outside with short shorts and a very bad attitude. Was never told prior to pick up that a dolly that I requested was not available unless I wanted to go pick it up at another location. Interior of the truck was dirty and has an odor. Worst experience I’ve had.

I dropped off equipment at exactly the location in my contract. I dropped it off earlier than I had to. No receipt. The place was sketchy and dirty. The next day I get a call from U-Haul asking me why I didn’t return the trailer. Very poor service and I won’t do it again.

I've only used u-haul over the years for all of my truck or trailer rentals. Always exceptional service, easy pickup and drop off. No issues with anything or anyone. Until now, the location / people that went through were the worst I've ever dealt with. They shouldn't represent your U-HAUL name. I'll never use them again & I'll caution anyone that wants to use them. I want to thank you for not charging me for another day. They argued with me on the return time when it was in their lot. They were totally unprofessional & rude. I'll use my normal location in the future. Thank you

The problem for me was that the location was to far from where I was staying. I planned to return the truck back to the same place, but things changed and I wanted to return it to a different location but I was told I could not. When I returned the truck the clerk that was the attendant was busy on the phone, sitting in an easy chair in the back of the room smoking a cigarette. She stopped talking long enough to say "Just put the keys on the counter and we'll email you with the final paperwork. Just seemed a little impersonable and Unprofessional. Other than those things the truck worked out for us for our needs and we will rent from UHaul again in the future, just not that location.

Trailer was good, nice people (over the phone and in person if/when they come out), but returned my rental about 1.5 - 2 hours early on a 24hr rental and they charged me a second day rental charge since they never checked it in or completed the return and have yet to refund the extra day. Now I know for next time, worst u-haul I've ever dealt with.

Lady who attended me was rude and I got charged an extra day because I was informed that the uhaul was supposed to be back at 11:00 am when I was never told or the drop off time was not on my receipt so I was very unhappy about that. Was not greeted when I pulled up. Rude and unprofessional

The facility I dropped my rental off to was closed as it was on a Sunday in Indiana. I spoke with a woman via phone who indicated there was not room for a return. I was able to find a spot in the lot and parked the vehicle. Key was left in a drop box at the facility.

The lady called me continuously about my reservation. While I was trying to work and move on a timely manner I kept having to stop to answer her questions. The uhaul didn’t even belong to them but they were very persistent with my reservation. And had an attitude towards me and was not very personable. I had the uhaul a couples hours longer then reservation and got charged a whole day. What about all the times I returned the uhaul several hours early and didn’t receive a discount. I rent uhauls every week and never had a problem before. I will not be bringing my business back to M&M delivery

Well I'll tell you you want me to take it 37 miles out of my way because where I was going to take it couldn't accept any more big trucks and charged me a dollar a mile to do that that's not my problem I should not have been charged for that and you charged me twice for safe move so I think that's b******* so I really wouldn't recommend you all to anybody.

The location was not prepared to process my order. The truck was present but the other items I ordered were not in the truck. The outer office where we waited for the assistant to open the door reeked of smoke. The printer did not have enough ink to print the receipt which could barely be read.

The lady I spoke with was very friendly. Something happened and the trailer was not checked back in, resulting in the recovery department reaching out to find out why I hadn't returned it. I froze my credit card, because I don't want to deal with being charged for extra days.

When I arrived at noon to pick up my reserved truck, the woman behind the counter said that they couldn’t give it to me because “U-Hail is closed”. I said, then how did I get inside.” She said that there was an emergency and that the U-Haul guy wasn’t there. Apparently, the two women in the office worked for the van company that also operates out of this office. After stating how unprofessional that this was, they seemed to figure out how to get me my rental truck. The drop off was also very hard to deal with. I won’t go too much into detail, as these people have my debit card number and my address. I will Never rent from this location again.

This was not the location that I requested pick up at. It was 8 miles each way farther than the one I requested. The truck was clean but not in very good condition When I return the truck, I was charged $.24 for extra mileage. This was ridiculous

I told them I only wanted one day was charge for two days when I called to get a credit I was told I was not able to get a credit for the day that I did not use the unit and I think that should be changed because I only needed the unit for one day and I returned it on that same day not very happy about this

Improve internet communications. Most difficult part of the rental is the internet not the locations. Drop location was confirmed but when picking up truck U-Haul changed the drop location. The lady at M&M did a great job trying to accommodate the customer.

This was the worst U-Haul location experience that I have ever had. I arrived for my pick-up right at the scheduled time. When I walked in the woman working the front desk was rude. I told her that I was there for a U-Haul pick up, she looked me straight in the eyes and said "Well I don't know how to do that, so you'll have to wait for someone to show up that does." I had to wait for over an hour for someone to finally show up that could process my rental. Once this person showed up, he and the original woman working just argued in front of me the whole time. I finally got the truck and it reeked of cigarettes and animal poop.

Notification of when pick up location changes would be awesome, so that we can arrive to the correct pick up location. Having personnel who know how to use the Uhaul pick up system staffed at pick up time would be amazing so that we do not sit there for 45 minutes while someone continuously makes phone calls to people who are supposedly on-site, but sleeping and not possible to get to in-person. Ensuring that you have our rental truck available on site and notifying before pick up time that it is not there would also be a plus. Since they wasted 45 minutes of our time and did not have the 20 foot truck originally booked, we settled for the 10 foot truck that was available. Due to the smaller truck we were going to have to make more than one trip with the truck and had to increase the base mileage. Due to this, the rental now cost more than our initial balance, which was pre-paid. Site refused to grant us any form of refund for our inconvenience or increased charges. They simply said, Uhaul trucks are scarce and it was not their fault the 20 foot Uhaul was not returned to them.

The employee at this location did not know how to check out a Uhaul. I had to wait as they called multiple other employees. They were eventually able to get into contact with an employee that knew how to do it, but they were 30 minutes away. When I arrived at my house to begin moving, I realized they had not provided the moving pads I purchased.

This was by far the worst u-haul experience I have ever had. We arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for deep cleaning. A man came out and said they were open. We went in; the place was filthy. There was a woman and young child, no masks, clutter everywhere. She did not know how to check the truck in. She took a personal phone call and I went out and used the online truck check-in process. I handed her the keys to leave. Never a thank you or even a civilized word. Horrible. I would pull their contract immediately.

I've never felt like I've been screwed over so bad in my 54 years. I rented a car hauler from Elkhart Indiana. And told the man there that I only needed it for two days one way. He said ok. When he was done with my booking he requested 391 dollars and change. The charge was only supposed to be for two days at 89 dollars a day. I question him about it and he told me that the system charge for 5 days, that if I get done in two day and turn in the hauler and the other 3 days would be reimbursed to my bank account. When I arrived at my drop off location. The lady there said that there was no reimbursement for the three days. She said that the system automatically sets time frame for your trip. I've never heard of it taking 5 days to go 1250 miles. Even at 55 miles an hour. I will never rent anything from u haul again. And would suggest anyone else not either unless you want to be screwed over. By None trained people who don't know what there talking about.

Office was so dark I thought they were closed. Building is old and dirty. Clerk was wearing pajamas, watching TV. She was very nice though. The trailer was in decent shape, but the ratchet tie downs were so rusty we could barely move them.

The Location was a smoking environment, A huge turn-off to me! very dark, and was very difficult to read paperwork at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While I most likely would not return, I would still recommend them. and let others decide if smoking was an issue for them. A light over the counter would be a huge help.

I have disputed this charge with my credit card company. After arriving at 8:45 a.m. to give myself pleanty of time to check in I could get on one to check us in. I called customer service to inform them of the problem and to keep me from being charged extra they gave me an extra day. We took video and pictures of the gas hand because it seemed like they wanted to find something to charge extra for. At 9:07 a.m. a male employee showed up. Before leaving I made one last call to the office to see if he would check us in. He told me he would in 15 to 30 minutes. It was very disturbing to me that he would say that as if not to care that the matter was time sensitive. Reluctantly we went home and checked My Account on UHAUL.COM and found they charged us for gas. If anyone is interested I can send the video and pictures of the gas hand. I don't ever want to use another place that does UHAUL as a sideline. They give the company a bad reputation.

This was one of the filthiest places I’ve ever been. When we rang the bell we were told there wasn’t anybody there to help us. That man was running a different business in same building. I told him we had a reservation and he said he would call somebody which would be 15-20 minutes. The smoke on the building was awful. The unit we rented was nice and clean. Just the intial visit was enough not to go there again!

Overall, good experience Tip: Uhaul Representative should let customer know to expect an email about the prerecorded damages. Especially since it is time sensitive. Mysrlf, I take a video of the rental before driving away. And zoom in on damages. I didn't see/know of email until I was returning the rental.

Appointment I was given the wrong vehicle as I received a call from the agent we returned the truck to and they didn’t have any record of the truck I was given being rented out. Plus my paperwork said the vehicle I was rented had 3/4 a tank of fuel but the vehicle I was given only had 1/4 tank of fuel.

Entrance not clearly marked. Only one person there to help you. Phone was constantly ringing as they were also dispatching taxi cabs. Lead to longer delay in pick up than expected. They also marked that I had picked up the truck an hour before I actually did.
