M & M Motorsports is the best U-Haul location that I've dealt with. The equipment was in great working order with all safety attachments. The owner is one of the good guys, and I won't go anywhere else thanks to him.

Christopher YThe location was unable to locate the trailer requested after several days attempting. That is frustrating for them and the customer. In May 2022, I faced the same issue at another location in Nebraska where they could not find the truck I needed to rent. I don’t recall this being a problem in years past when I rented from UHaul. Hoping your organization can improve the availability of equipment in this area. I don’t find the problem being the local agent.

Joe RI have no comments on improvement, my experience was outstanding!! Everything was done from my phone from start to finish was real easy-to-use. I would have to give a huge 5 star rating across the board on this. My best U-Haul experience to date and this is about my 8th time. Thank you U-Haul.
Tiffany BCould not get service, when got service called and left message that truck was returned a few minutes before 12:30 on 8/10. Truck was not due back until 4:50’on 8/10 and was charged an extra day and service. Called had to leave another message, and called uhaul. All I was told by uhaul is a dispute could be filed and I had to wait for someone to contact me which could be at least 72 hours. so you get to hold my money….that is not seem right!!!

John KUhaul was great and clean. The guy in change was just impossible to get ahold of. Waited for an hour after the scheduled pick up time. But when we did show up to pick up and paper work took about 5 minutes and then everything was great!
