Good visit overall - desk clerk was quickly overwhelmed after we walked in on a Saturday morning so he apologized for not being able to help me more. I asked for 2 dozen blankets, they only had 1 - which was adequate. They did miss the windshield wipers (as did I at pickup). I picked up an $8 replacement for the driver's side at a truck stop in WY on the way - so you OWE me! : )

Oscar AI have rented Uhaul 3 times and have always had some type of issue. The prior, a 15' van, the gas was empty and the front steering was marginal, dangerous. This time M&M provided a safe vehicle, but we went to a Uhaul outlet to make our reservation for a seamless pickup and return, yet we found out our pickup was not an out let. More important the fuel gage was verified by M&M to be about 5/8 which I filled it to on return in boise. Having past tissues with intermediary reps, I specifically asked your representative to look at the body, fuel and mileage, which he did and said was fine. After I left he called and said the contract shows 11/16, or 1/16 less and with this type of fuel gage impossible to split hairs, but he said he could not say the tank was filled as needed, EVEN AFTER HE LOOKED AT THE THREE ITEMS WHILE IN MY Presence AND SAID ALL WAS OK. I called your central dispatch and explained the situation and the rep said they would call the local rep to get him to let the issue go. Unfortunately again Uhaul has not followed through and I received a final bill for gas. At this point Uhaul is not on my list of moving van rental choices

Michael SBecause I was to leave it with 1/4 tank of fuel, I over shot when filling and left it with nearly 1/2 tank. I should be able to get credit for the fuel I paid for.

Matthew SWe are just a little disappointed when we paid. We had paid up front when we picked up the unit. But when we delivered the unit we were charged a little over an extra $100 for mileage. But when we got the unit we were promised those extra miles. We were told we had paid in full. And so that was disappointing. Also we were given in writing instructions of where to deliver the unit, but when we got there it was not the location. So we then drove to the location they gave us, (and because of that) we were down two gallons of gas and was charged for those two gallons. So we had to drive to get THREE gallons to accommodate the two and another one gallon to get to the gas station and back. Not happy with the delivery point.

NORMAN GUhaul, installed furniture pads In to the truck and then charged me for them with out my permission. That's would be like McDonald's charging you for catchup packets they just hand you. They also overcharged for miles.

I was given the same truck that was there an hour earlier. He wouldn’t even speak to me and was extremely rude. I wasn’t comfortable going back so I sent my husband.

craig gTruck brakes need to be looked at or replaced. Had to step on brake peddle over the half way mark in order for the brakes to start to engage. Self checkout and self check-in went pretty smoothly. There was a hangup with the verification process. Verification should be completed 'before' you get to location and are stuck there for several minutes while waiting for the 'all clear'. Thanks.

KEVIN TGet rid of that garbage app that doesn’t even work half the time and missing key information. This is by far the worst app I’ve seen. I’m a software developer and know what’s poor. Also let me get approved to pickup before I get there so I’m not wasting 15 minutes uploading documents and checking in that was a joke
Tyler GI was over charged and the truck was in poor conditio..while I do understand these are rentals and used heavily it didn't seem cleanliness is their priority. And filling the truck to the full line across the street from the location dropping it off and getting notification I was charged for fuel from U-Haul is a disappointment. I do not feel I will ever be using the service again.

Trudy MThe truck was clean and functioned well. However, both my reservation time as well as the size of the truck were both changed 24 hrs before pickup. I also reserved furniture pads and a dolly. Neither of which were in the truck. I couldn’t dispute or get any help because the location was closed despite being shown as open during the online reservation booking. Overall, it was kind of a *%#show. I was able to have a successful move, but it was a lot of trouble getting here. Sierra (U-HAUL Customer Service Rep) was an enormous help and was able to refund some of the money due to the booking issues. I hope she sees this and knows that she was the one shining light during this whole fiasco. Thanks!

Ryan CThe truck needs a wheel alignment and was not clean. There was food (chip, pretzels) on the floorboard and chocolate on the dash. I cleaned it out to avoid addl charges, but low and behold, I was still charged an additional fee for gas even though put gas in at the same level received.

Sherry MTruck was not in good condition. Windshield wipers didn’t work and we almost died in a snowstorm. M&M service is the worst company in the world. I will never use Uhaul again.
