The problem was not the area, it was doing the online work to get the keys. We were there for 30 mins filling out the forms waiting for approvals to get the code for the lockbox open to get the keys.

Phillip BBoth the pick up location and the drop off location were not Uhaul employees. They were just property owners who allow Uhaul to use their address for people to pickup and drop off trucks and equipment. Consequently, they don't or can't get involved in resolving any issues. This makes for a very frustrating experience for the customer when a problem arises. Right now I feel like Uhaul is somewhere out there but I can't touch them, see them nor speak with them. HELP!! IS ANYBODY OUT THERE?? I'm out $150.00 that has fallen into a black hole somewhere and I need to get it back.

Pedro PNo dolly that I rented, no moving blankets. Instructions were unclear and there was no well established line of communication. The steel wire spool busted on the door and I had to fix it myself and deal with it. Never renting from here again, would not recommend.
Ryan SI had gotten a call that the location I picked did not have the truck I made the reservation for and asked if I could switch it. At that time they should’ve been able to tell me that they did not have either dollies that I reserved and paid for. Instead I got there and the guy came outside and said “oh we don’t have any” and didn’t offer any other information as far as another location that may have one or anything just said to call to get a refund.
Aubree LIt was not a great looking facility but it was fine. What bugs me the most is no matter where I select to pick up and drop off, the location is ALWAYS changed. Always.

Brad MThe attendant was VERY unhelpful. He did not have the blankets we reserved. His computer would not connect to UHaul so we had to do everything through the app or we would not have been able to rent. All very frustrating.
Michael WUhaul is one of many businesses at this location; post office, gas station, convenience store... The only employee there didn't seem to know how to deliver the truck. It took over 30 minutes for him to process my paperwork although I had already made a reservation.
jan cThe car was in great condition but the cargo area itself was super dusty and dirty. this should definitely be cleaned every so often. the gas station was fine but the cashier did not even know how it worked or if he should give me the keys.
