Customer service is not that good I know is raining day but that does not change anything. She never inspected the trailer and the light too. I need to plug the light cable into the truck because she can't do it. The exit is mud. Returned the trailer the next day and tried to charge me for 3 days....need to call Uhaul customer service to talk and fix this situation I am glad I took a picture when I left the trailer. Thanks to Jose Mendoza for the excellent customer service.

Have rented from this location 3 times: The first time, they were unable to supply the appliance dolly and the furniture pads we rented and paid for online. They had to adjust the bill at pick-up, and this took forever. The 2nd time, we chose to do the app check-in/pick-up to avoid dealing with the employees. This was better, however, it was POURING down rain. And, where they park the UHaul trucks is in a dirt lane behind their business. It was a mud hole, and the truck tires were sunken (as were our feet). We almost weren't able to get the truck out of the driveway due to the mud. The 3rd time, we did the app again on a dry day and everything went smoothly.

They were never available. She left a lock on the truck and I had to call roadside and it took about 2 hours for me to even be able to use the truck to move. I wasn’t compensated for that time.

Have more trucks to choose from. Ended up with a little ten foot truck that was useless. Ended up making extra trip cause it was too small plus the milage cost is why too expensive. May consider a different way to move next time...

Place where I picked up the vehicle was just okay. She had her toddler at work. The windshield was the dirtiest I have ever seen…on the inside. My pickup destination made me put an additional 30 miles on the vehicle taking away from my mileage. Plus my drop off location forced another 35 miles. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with my service!!! I will tell anyone who asks how my move with uhaul has gone. Changing my pickup location was not good! Making my drop off location so far away was even worse!!!

I ordered a 26 ft truck and got a 20 ft truck due to none available which made me have to do a second run so I went above my mileage. Then was charged a cleaning fee even though the cab and back were cleaned prior to drop off. On top of that I dropped it off early and was charged an after hours drop charge which I was not made aware of when I ordered. So I am not happy with the service and will not use you again nor will I recommend you to anyone.

I don’t know how to reach u-haul rep on Sunday to let them know the picture does not show appliance dolly in back of truck but it is in the truck now. Not excuse just guy with me fail to do it. It has been been returned. Thank You

One of the tires had no air in it. I should have checked them. One of the problems being stored on grass. Also, they added the insurance for 16 bucks and I never asked for that. I was expecting the $74.00 plus tax rate. Would like that refunded please.

Have the trick available that a person rents or at least give them sufficient time to figure out what else to do. The day of their move is not enough time. Plus make sure trucks are maintained had ants crawling all over can.

The u-haul website posted 2 different locations. When I tried to call the number given via text message, it was to Canada customer service. M&R address not accurate.

Try to treat people with more respect no matter race and where they are coming from. Don’t let people stand there when there is chairs and treat people Same way like if you where from Jarrell. If someone make reservation online the process should be easy. Just treat everybody the same.

I don't even know where to begin.... This entire experiential uhaul was a complete an total inconvenience. We went to the location we were assigned to, to pick up the uhaul (Pflugerville) only to find out that the location failed to notify us that they didn't have the 26' uhaul available and that we had to drive 30 additional minutes to pick it up and then return to that location to pick up the car tow. This delayed our entire day because we had to drive to Jarrel,TX. When we arrived to M&R uhaul in Jarrel, TX it was the representatives first day and she was not trained at all and her boss left her there alone. We had to get another uhual representative on the phone to help her, which took another 45 minutes. At this time our entire day was behind and we had to move our movers to the following day because we missed our window. A 10 minute uhaul pick up turned into 2 hours, because of UHAUL! It's utterly ridiculous and we are definitely writing a letter to corporate about this experience. A trip to move home; that should be exciting, turned into a complete and total cluster because of UHAUL!
