My issues were not with your providers but with Uhaul web personal. They refused to change the pick up location for me and I had to go to the pickup site I wanted to change my reservation instead of them doing it online. The UHaul person I talked to was dismissive and did not do anything she said she would. Not impressed with your web presence.Brian P.

He was very helpful, helped me hook us the unit and made sure I didn't have any questions. Will definitely use this location again. Easy to pick up, and a huge area to drop off, makes it a breeze. Some locations are tight and you can't maneuver the trailer to return it, but here it's easy!!!Samuel R.

The trailer door got stuck up because the latch was in the way somehow. We had to use a screwdriver to get it to release. Maybe checking the roller foots to make sure they are working properly. Other than that, the experience was awesome!!! Thank you so much. ??ALISE E.

The problem was NOT with the location. The problem was Uhaul not making sure the location actually HAD the equipment that was PAID FOR in advance. Having to go to multiple locations to get equipment for a move is UNACCEPTABLE in my book not to mention we never got the appliance dolly.....David M.

The last time I rented a uhaul in Salisbury nc the truck was not cleaned out in the front and in the back. The fuel was put down as full but it was not. This time the truck was clean but the fuel was still a little under 3\4 , but was logged as having 3\4. At least it was fairly clean.JAMES M.

The Brakes were squeaking and it took longer than a normal safe braking distance to stop the truck. It was reported to the check in agent. He was to have reported it to U-Haul for repair. It seems the same truck had been quickly re-rented ( saw it in gas station near my home) my homeGINA M.
