I checked in online. The unit wasn't where it stated when I went in to get help the unit I was told to take went driving away. I waited to be helped forever with staff just looking at me and passing me time and time again. Eventually I spoke up and asked if I could pick up my rental. The other staff had a hard time getting the guy to get out of a car to help me. Once he did he tried to run my card until I told him that I checked in already and the Uhaul website told me to get in and go without checking in which wouldn't have worked because I saw him give the keys to the guy that drove the unit your website told me to just drive off with. Piss poor customer service. The units also had the most disgusting windows and mirrors that I couldn't see out of them. The storage area of the unit was wellaintained but overall I won't be using this location ever again. If Uhaul was my company I would be looking for a new business to represent my company. M&M is not representing themselves well let alone Uhaul.Austin D.
Received truck with slightly more than 1/4 tank gas. I used truck and filled back with slightly more than 1/4 tank before returning it ($15) to go 71 miles. I was charged an additional $25 for fuel because the owner claims the amount was less than when it was picked up. It's difficult to judge the fuel level when you're dealing with millimeter changes in the fuel indicator that are less than 1/8 tank. I doubt it takes $40 to drive 71 miles. I think this practice is deceptive and forces customers to return the vehicle with more gas than they left with in order to avoid additional charges. I would not accept a Uhaul vehicle without a full tank in the future.WILLIAM C.

I was charged $15 for fuel and $5 for a dolly that the seal was untouched and blankets that were untouched and not requested. I estimated 50 miles of usage and only used 22 miles and put over 2 gallons of fuel before returning. So there are charges that need to be refunded.Brandon J.

Most likely because the reservation was changed on the day of original pickup but the receiving location didn't get the memo apparently and I wasn't changed until after I left. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS LOCATION! They tried to steal our money, starting charging our card for other people's rentals. We only got a partial amount of our money back. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We have another move coming up soon, we will avoid Uhaul like the plague if you continue to let locations like this continue. I walked into the lobby told the man that I was there to drop off a trailer he was too preoccupied flirting with another customer he told me just drop it off by the other trailers out there. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do any paperwork to sign off he said no your good, then I get this email today 5 days later saying I'm late dropping off the trailer, no one called me to advise me that they didn't check it in, poor customer service at this location.Stephanie R.
The day I picked up I had to wait a long time to get the truck. I was there 20 minutes early and it took about 45 minutes to get the truck, They said it was because the uhal website was not working. I want to clarify that the vehicle was very clean. Picking it up went smoothly. The vehicle was available for pick at the pick up time I wanted. The issue I had was the vehicle was vandalized. I had no idea I was driving with a hole in the gas tank. I wouldn't find out until I was putting in more gas before I dropped it off at the Spanish Fork location. It was a major safety issue and I could of been injured or possible cited by law enforcement. The location didn't want to give me a refund for the rental like it wasn't their fault it was vandalized. That seems irresponsible on their part. The manager made it sound like it happened before. So maybe they need to install cameras at their location or something. Before someone gets hurt. I am looking to report this to the state.Brady H.

my only dispute is I believe that i was charged improperly for the rental. I was charged for using the dolly, which had no tag on it when i started using it. They seemed to be running two separate businesses at this location a service station as well as uhaul facility. Staff was multi tasking and helping numerous customers at the same time. It took a half hour for him to give me the keys because he kept talking with other customers. The location was extremely filthy and smelled horrible. The truck had wet snow and mud all over the pedals and inside of the door, the truck was slightly under a full tank of gas, and they never explained where to leave the keys after I drop off the truck and there was no drop box, I had to lift a locked gate just enough to slide my keys under it. Horrible, horrible experience. I wish I would've went to home Depot and rented a van because this was twice as expensive and 5x more frustrating.Randall D.
The truck was dirty and the dolly was broken. They told us we would need to hook up the dolly ourselves and by the time we finished that my survey had timed out. I let it go because the mileage and gas looked about right. But then, the snow fell off the dolly and it showed me that the dolly had the right brake light taped on. There was garbage in the truck, in the cab behind the seats and also in the glove box.
