This is the only location I rent from! I especially love that there are drinks, snacks and hot food readily available, when I go in to pickup/drop off a truck! Wyatt BI drove 55 kms and had to fill the whole tank before giving back which came to 23 L of gas, which is unfair. Either the previous users didn't fill it or they're not checking properly.

Dineskanthan EThe owner was very helpful and kind, however the area where the UHaul counter is located, at the back of the store, needs to be cleaned up. Especially the items on display, such as the dildo and lubricating jelly that are beside the motor oil, windshield washer fluid, etc.

David YDid not have the size I was looking for. I filled up fuel before returning but somehow my I was still one pint below the required capacity. The amount charged for fuel even for one pints lower is way too much. Felt like a rip off at the end. Not happy at all with that. Nothing to do with the location. The service was very good . 5/5 for the service.

Jonathan vI had arranged for pick up at 8:00 AM with the mobile pick up option. Unfortunately when I arrived and attempted to do the mobile pick up, I only received a message stating that my vehicle was set for hand delivery and I had to wait for over an hour for the location to open before I could get my rental vehicle! It was very frustrating and put us behind schedule right away!!

Aditya gThe mobile pickup was very bad. Too slow for verification. It should be done before hand. Like other car rentals, you just come to the location, pickup the key, take some photos and send. that's all. But your portal made it so difficult and time wasted. Please change your online pickup process, otherwise you will loose your customer. -The store employee is friendly but they cannot do anything for it.
