Irving CIssues getting going (flat on the trailer upon pickup, no-show moving help/rebooked moving help that could not come same day) combined with severe weather resulted in a delayed removal of my junk from the truck. Oh the stress!! An attempt to drop off equipment at the preferred location was impossible as the location was closed and I needed help. I found the Lebanon location (open later than anyone within a several mile radius) and was desparate to be done after the 16 hour trip, delays, very little sleep (furniture was on the truck during the severe weather) and a locked card (I failed to inform my bank of travel) limited my options. The owner was so nice and stayed late to help me complete my rental on the correct day. I was so thankful.
Sheri OThe man at pick up was very rude. He was more worried about other gas and store people than getting the truck for uhaul.
Stephanie CI was not told that I would be charged 4x the amount quoted to drop off thr trailer at a different location near my destination. Had I know this I would have driven it back and returned it to the same location.

Roy CU haul charged me for gas that I had already replaced and sent picture proof of. They should probably advertise that to go almost 15 miles would cost $30 in gas . Marathon was amazing . U haul was not . I’d rather Risk ruining furniture in the rain than get robbed by a corporation. I expected my 6 hr rental that went just under 15 miles to be about $100 as advertised .
Daniel STruck was sticky from previous renters spilling items, and it was obvious the vehicle had not been cleaned. The dolly & blankets requested & paid for with my rental were not provided. Location manager wanted to argue about the mileage on the odometer when returned despite providing a picture of the odometer time stamped.
Justin CNeeds parking for our vehicles when we pick up. Being a gas station is nice for filling up.
Andrew RGetting the pickup relocated to a location that did not have everything I ordered and that was several miles farther away is terrible service. Not to mention the added distance caused the additional mileage to further go over the allowed mileage.
Timothy CAbsolutely horrible service and was over charged. No one in there has a clue on how to rent a uhaul so I was charged 94.00$ for less than 23 hours for a 6x12 trailer I have attempted to call corporate but no responce
jack mAs requested, I completed online check-in. Despite this, check-in took 45 minutes. The uploaded photos of my drivers license were there, but somehow still not sufficient for your system.

Anna YRight tail light on trailer didn’t work. Because it’s a small location there was no replacement available. Had to use it without the light. I had to hook up trailer myself. UHaul rep watched and “inspected.”
John SI brought the truck back with more gas than it had when I rented it,and still got charged for gas. The reservation was to include 12 blankets and an appliance dolly, that were not in the truck. Checking out the rental took almost an hour before I finally got to leave with the truck. I found this location to be lacking in customer service and very argumentative about the gas that was in the tank when I pointed out that it had 120 miles to empty when I rented it, and 133 miles to empty when returned...I still got charged over $16 for 3 gallons of gas AFTER the owner said not to worry about it.

Pete PDrop-off was at a gas station and the sole employee had no clue. He immediately got on the phone for help on what to do. While he was on the phone getting talked through the procedure of checking in and helping gas customers I parked/unhooked trailer. Once again maybe my expectations are too high as I am used to a more professional U-Haul experience.
