Was charged for 4L of gas usage. Used the vehicle for 18 kms and I put $5 of gas in the tank. I feel ripped off. When I called the site their English was very poor and they refuse to even discuss the charge. Told me to call U-Haul customer service because there was nothing they could do.

We ordered a dolly and blankets online. When we got there, there was no dolly or blankets. Very disappointing and frustrating because we needed those items and under tight time constraints.

The condition of uhaul was very bad. When I opened the back shutter it was very dirty and seems like black oil or something. It spoiled my matteress completely. I would never recommend to anyone to use uhaul.

I was given a filthy van with significant damage on the passenger side that was not indicated on the app pictures. Worst of all I was given an unsafe vehicle with no working drivers side brake light or signal light This establishment is very sketchy and questionable

It was really difficult to locate the key of the u haul van. There was no one on the location to hand over the key and self check out didn't mentioned the location of key, which usually was very clear in my previous u haul rentals. Wasted half an hour and I missed my door pick up appointment. Cargo and seating place was very dirty and I did all the cleaning myself before handing over the van back. I talked to customer service and sent pictures to u haul representative. If the u haul vehicle is returned dirty, then the company charges $25 and now I did the cleaning, will I be given $25 for that.

Its only 30$ but i picked up the vehicle empty amd returned it on 1/8 of a tank. But i was billed 30 for gas

This location is very greedy. I fill up the gas tank over still they charge me $5 extra.it is not big. Amount but still its not fair.

I received all agreements and registration after I finished my trip on i haul truck . Second there was no one to help me on uhaul parking location. Third i filled gas upto one quarter as it was before I started driving uhaul Fourth I only driven uhaul for 25 km but i was charged for 50 km Fifth i also charged for fuel level which I also filled to one quarter. I have all the pic of fuel gauge before and after. Please help me because i was chargen 103$ and it was just 55 $ on time of booking.

This site (Jay Ess Tiles and Stones 12788 82 Ave Surrey) is not suitable for renting UHaul trucks, and I will never recommend it to anyone. There is nowhere for customers to park. It is extremely difficult to maneuver the rental truck around the lot, due to its small size. The moving van I received had an empty fuel tank (although the contract claimed it was 1/4 full). It also had a dent on the side that was not previously tagged. I will never go back there.

this location operates as a TILES @ STONES store,used car lot, bodyshop repair.There was hardly a place to park when i arrived and outside of the office in the tile store the rest of the place looks like a dump.My entire experience was non professional and does not give u haul a good name or image the truck was perfect for what i needed.i would rent from u-haul again but not from this location. i

When I went to return equipment to uhaul no one was at front desk or .there was note if no one in this office call on this number 236 688 3205 I called 10 time no answer and i waited for 30 minutes before someone represented showup . I'm strongly encouraged no one should go @this location super bad service.

Had really bad experience with this guy. The time I delivered the truck , I fuel up more than what it was the time I picked up . Still this guy charged me for less fuel. The truck wasn’t even fully maintained. Go to this guy if you wana get ripped off and drive unsafe equipment

Uhaul should inform people if they don’t have the utility dolly Also it took me half an hour to just get the truck out of the parking area because this location had cars parked all over the place Very poor experience

I ordered furniture dolly and at the time of pickup early morning attendant said that it’s not available. He provided other one which wasn’t worth for my needs. My suggestion is if anything is not available, customer must be informed prior to the pickup

Be ready on time, don't be asleep in your home when you have a pick up appointment, don't tell the customer there is parking for your car over the phone, then on the day of, tell them there is no parking.. Thank you for finally permitting me to park, but the process was very unprofessional.

The truck was empty of fuel when picked up. I brought it back with 1/4 tank, $60 worth of gas was put in and used about $20 worth. I was told to bring it back with that amount and I would get a credit for the difference.

I woukd definitely suggest someone to take U haul services, AFTER ASKING THE HIDDEN UNDUE CHARGES before going ahead with the booking!

Hard to find location was not clean inside the truck when picked up. The clerk was nice.

Uhaul sent us to this location that took us one hour by taxi to get there ($70.00 cost out of pocket). When we arrived we were handled outside. I do not think this is a good business model, taking customers to far reaching places and then making them pay for the gas and taxi to get there.
