The location was acceptable and clean. The representative that assisted me did NOT have much of a personality. She was not smiling and I felt like she did not want to be there because of her body language. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day. I do know that location only has ONE person working at a time. I had to wait 5 minutes when I arrived because the front entrance was locked. PLEASE consider having TWO employees at this location and make sure your employees have some quarterly skills training.

The new employee was very nice and helpful. He was told make me carry in the blankets and unhook the trailer. Not sure why I have to do that after paying nearly 900.00 dollars. Is this what you ask customers to do? I literally walked into their stockroom with the blankets. No how I would treat customers.

The trailer my spouse and I rented contained a shipment of 4 large new tires. No one at the rental facility had inspected the trailer before checking us out, so we didn't discover the tires until we took the trailer home. We didn't want to abandon the tires, so we took the time to call UHaul and ask how to handle them. We then took the time out of our busy moving schedule to take them back to the rental facility. To her credit, the female clerk at Marathon helped us move the tires from our vehicle so we could be on our way. However, this was one chore we didn't need while moving out of state.

The person working said they didn't have anyone to help attach the Uhaul trailer to the hitch on my car. We had to call another uhaul center to send someone over to help. The trailer didn't have working lights or blinkers which seemed really dangerous. However, we had to use it anyways because there weren't any other trailers available.

Chose to drop off here because it was the closest. U-Haul had me going somewhere across town, but a quick call to the 800 number got that changed. The person checking me in was very pleasant and helpful. I gave the location an average rating based on what appeared to be a very small inventory and no one to assist outside with parking/unhooking the trailer. All in all, everything worked out fine.

I was overcharged for mileage. I was charged later for gas. When I left the truck it had more gas in it when I took it. Have photo of odometer to prove it. They have charged $150.00 to take the truck 13.3 miles and I had it for 4 hours. 15 foot advertised for $19.95 I was charged $29.95. I was charged for blankets that I did not get. Not a good experience at all.

The location is convenient, but the first truck we opened was full of german roaches from a previous move. They were everywhere inside the back of the truck. The associates were happy to give us another truck and the 2nd truck was clean.

same thing, one employee, she had to lock store while patrons were going to door to get gas etc, I could not back up so when I told her I was dropping off she told me to just back in and drop, told her she would have to help me move it in slot and she said can we handle it and I told her the lady at pickup and I did, so she helped me back it in ourselves just pushing it we did and I left

I understand it is a convenience store first but there were only 3 pieces of a equipment out there and my information could not be found. I was trying to get the keys and the clerk kept saying I was returning it too late. Also, there had clearly been no inspection of the vehicle as it smelled like smoke, had ashes in the cup holder and a spilled drink on the floorboards.

I requested a one-way truck and the employee rented me in-town truck. I called her and she said she will fix the problem. End of the day, they asked me to drop the truck back 119 miles. Manager is rude and didn’t show any concern to rectify the error made by her employee. I was following up with them for a week to get the solution. But her behaviour with a customer is just not acceptable.

We reserved the furniture dolly, appliance dolly and the utility dolly. When I received the truck only the furniture dolly was there. I had already paid for these items. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged and that they would adjust. Well after coming back from returning truck I was told by another employer that they couldn’t do anything. I had to call corporate office.

clerk was rude and told me one price and when I turned it in. told me a totally different price that was much higher. Will never go there again!

They did not have the equipment I requested and was “guaranteed.” Also, there was something dead somewhere in the truck, maybe under the hood. The smell was unbearable.

Truck was filthy, had love bugs all over it. Windshield had so many bugs on it you couldn’t see safely. I had to clean it in order to see clearly. The gas tank level was inaccurate according to contract. Personnel was not helpful or friendly.

Felt unsafe in the van that you gave me. There was two on the lot and you choose to give me the the older one. The passenger side air bag did not work and we had a child riding with us. We were suppose to get six furniture blankets but you only had three of the blankets. We paid the same prize as if we would have gotten six. Will not use this location ever again.

The employee responsible for the transaction was nice, but the Point of Sale system was not working here and it took an hour for the transaction to complete before I could leave with the trailer. On top of that, the U-Haul representative that eventually sent the transaction through overcharged me by roughly $50 compared to my reservation price.
