I rented one dozen blankets which came in two sealed bags. I did not count the number in each bag, and both bags were opened by us, tho I only used 1 blanket out of the second bag. When I returned the truck, I did auto-return completed just fine. When I went to put the key in the "drop slot" there was no slot. I went inside, handed my key to the attendant who jumped right up and said "I need to count the blankets." We went back outside and counted only 11 blankets. I am certain we did not misplace or keep a blanket but he insisted there were 6 in each bag before they were sealed. Hmmm... He said, "Don't worry, they on;y cost $6." Obviously I can't prove I originally left his place with 11 blankets, but if you see a common occurrence at that location amongst people who rent blankets, you'll know they have a little scam going on. Make sure fuel is full before next customer ,so next person isn't charged . We checked ahead of time ,so we didn't get charged extra .just a heads up for future reference!:)Amanda F.

The location was great. They were patient and nice. The problem was in your 24/7 pickup option which didn't work. It never gave me the pick up button. It kept saying it was a future reservation even though I was on-site and ready to pick up. It took almost an hour to get the system to function manually so I could get my truck. I was late meeting my movers because of it. I also didn't like having to pay extra for mileage because your closer locations didn't have the equipment. I get every location can't have everything but at least comp the mileage difference.Christopher M.

Could not pick up u haul and the size of truck that I wanted at the location I wanted which was a real inconvenience for me. Had to pay more in mileage and the extra time for to go to another location to pickup. There needs to be better communication bout this.John M.

I just question why Uhaul sent me over 7 miles to return the truck, when in less than a 1/2 mile from my location was another Uhaul rental location.jim A.
