While this gas station was actually a decent uhaul disturbutor, the second gas station they sent me to for the tow dolly for the car, the worker at the gas station literally didn't know how to put it on . I had to get a local citizen to help me out it on , I was just thinking to myself if anything were to go wrong while driving who's fault is this ?!? Uhaul has to be at fault for not supplying the gas station with the right instructions for the employees there to know what they're doing. And secondly most gas stations probably don't care about the uhaul customers honestly. Will never use uhaul AGAIN. Penske or hirer movers .Nicolas R.

Truck needed repairs to the brakes and radio. Overall the truck was a piece of JUNK. Three brake light indicators stayed on the entire trip and the radio speakers were broken. I requested a 15 foot trailer and Uhaul gave me a 26 ft trailer which was a piece of junk and costs me more gas. Please refund my money for this horrible rental equipment truck. Make sure you charge the going rate. I was charged the normal rate when in fact there was a special rate due to the large amount of inventory that needed to be moved. It has caused me to spend a lot of unnecessary time to get it changed.Robert M.

The girl I returned the Uhaul to was not interested! I returned to bring my paper work that was in another car and even that girl was non caring and said the paperwork was unnecessary. The next day a gentleman called asking when I was returning the uhaul. Finally he found it!Julia T.

I was not informed that when I took a trailer out of town, it would cost almost 4x as much.. and that it would be a 3 day rental instead of a 24 hour rental.. so expecting to spend 1/4th as much as I got charged and hurrying to load/travel/unload the trailer in a 24 hour period when I could have had 3 days led to me not being happy with uhaul. Make sure you check the Turn signal lights for the coustomer. I drove to my new city with no left turn signal on the trailer, the only reason that I know this is because I had someone following me.Stephen W.

Offer to assist customer with equipment. When I returned the trailer, I was asked for my name and told to unhook the trailer myself and put with the others. No offer of assistance. I was told I would receive an email confirming the return (which I did receive later in the day), however I had to leave the location without any receipt of my drop off and trust it would be acknowledged.Edward M.

When I originally called amd reserved the van I was told it would be sanitized and cleaned. It wasn't even swept out, and when I asked if it had been cleaned the guy said that they did not clean the trucks. I just wish the stories would be consistent.Ralph B.

Have the rented truck where it is supposed to be be picked up! Big mess! We had to call & they finally found another truck for us. We had to then go to the Marathon station across town to get a truck. Big waste of time! Keep trucks in better order! This truck was so out of alignment & tires way out of balance, it literally made my husband sick at his stomach driving it. It bumped & bounced continuously!dayna M.

The was no paperwork process at the time of pick up to confirm condition of the vehicle so we were concerned when we dropped off at the return location, there could be disagreement about condition. Also we had no idea that the truck did not have a lock. We were spending the night at a hotel on our way back home and it is not acceptable to not have a lock!
