Margie was friendly and courteous, and took the time needed to make sure I had all the information I needed. She even straightened out a problem with the invoice cheerfully and quickly. She maintains a large inventory of vehicles, and has an easy location for pickup and drop off.

Was due to drop off at 9:03 on.Sunday morning. We arrived at 8:45 to find out they didn't open until noon. Wasn't advised of this earlier. Was a nightmare trying to drop off. The app we were told to download took forever (not good reception in the area). But no way to insure the two dollies we rented would be secure until the facility opened. After 1 1/2 hours of three phone calls, sending pictures of numerous documents and other things, we were told we'd be charged a late fee because it was after 9:03 (which I am protesting) . Was a horrific experience. Would not recommend because of the Drop Off procedure.

Margie runs a tight ship. Unfortunately, the ship is aging and needs a good cleaning up. She did take care of me and was very friendly both times I dropped off at her place.

The service at Margie’s is great. She is very helpful and friendly. The 5’x8’ trailer with the ramp is a beneficial option. I will request this type of trailer when I rent in the future.

Trailer was in good condition, but some small debris on the floor. Location / office is messy and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Somewhat hard to breathe in there.

I broke down several times took five or six hours each time to get somebody there and the last time I broke down they took the truck to replace the starter which is all well and good except they left me on the side of the road with no replacement truck tried they "tried" to call an Uber no luck so now I have to pay for that lackluster service so would i recommend to a friend not only no but if i hear strangers talking about uhaul ill go out of my way to tell them my experience oh ad i selected no on did they arrive on time but it put yes wont let me change it no they didnt arrive on time

We were in a situation where we needed to get home because our truck broke down and all the car rentals place didn’t allow a small dog in a pet carrier. Called uhual and they rented us the van. I will definitely be using uhual again instead of a car rental. Thank you so much. Amy and Sean

Trying to charge me $423 dollars on a return when I had already paid $300+ definitely a scam

The truck was filthy. It had not been swept out and my mattresses are nasty now because of the filth. Also there was just over a quarter of a tank of gas and they marked it a lot higher. I went ahead and put in 25 gallons of gas to make sure I wasn’t charged. Overall this was a terrible experience

I was told that they would take care of me when I made my reservation and they did just that. They helped me with my move by making sure I had whatever I needed to so that my move was a stress-free as possible. I am truly thankful for all they did for me.

The brake service lights kept flashing and the air conditioning was not working. But, the truck is probably seeing the end of its service life at 188,000 miles. It ran fine otherwise and I was glad to find a 26 foot U-Haul on the weekend. U-Haul trucks are difficult to find in Oklahoma. I am happy that I used the website in advance. The website is easy to use, and my U-Haul dealer is amazing to work with.

In order to attach the trailer to my truck I had to block a public road. The dealer made no check to ensure the break lights and turn signals on the trailer were working before I left. When I arrived at my loading destination I open up the trailer door and find two wooden pallets and the floor covered in mud. The dealers office has an EXTREME cigarette odor that made it hard to breath.

I won't be recommending or using uhaul again. I didn't get upset when I picked up the truck and the total was $22 more than what the website said online, but I am upset after returning the truck. I wasnt allotted enough miles so I apparently went over by 14 even though we didn't go out of the way at all and was charged for extra miles. I was charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee when there was nothing to clean. Top it all of with i didn't even get a courtesy text or call, just an emailed reciept of charges. Nope, won't use this company again.
