I was kept over 2 hours to sign out the rental trailer. The location did not have the trailer I reserved and then spent 40 minutes trying to convince me to pay for the larger trailer. The whole experience was awful.

This location was unable to process my reservation. They told me just to take the trailer without a contract. When I brought it back I was told to take it away as it didn't belong at that location. Then I was told I had to pay double because the system no longer had that trailer to select to make a contract. Then I was told by a manager on the phone don't worry we have your info we will sort it out. He apologized for the person on location. Then I was called and told they didn't have my info and wanted my credit card. I called U-haul directly. The person at the location called me yelling and angry accusing me of stealing the trailer I had returned. She threatened to call t he police. I told her I would pay u-haul directly. She yelled some more about it not being free and hung up while I was asking her to calm down. U'haul called me and apologized for her again and I paid them. I would never go to this location again. Nothing can be solved by shouting. They are abusive and clearly do not know what they are doing....
BRENNA U.My experience is with haul itself. I ordered a 5x8 trailer and was giver a 4x8. The only trailer they had available. It was not enough room for the drywall I had to pick up which in turn damaged my drywall. Your system couldn't scan my driver's license so it took 20 minutes to just get the trailer rented. Overall very poor service.
