JAMES TThis is a NAPA parts store with parking outside for drop-offs. The store was open until 4 pm on Saturday. I went there when they were open so I wouldn't have try to find somebody with a phone that could deal with the robot system.
Jane BWe have been forced to rent a smaller trailer than we wanted because the closest size we wanted was an hour away. We aren't spending all the gas it takes to drive somewhere that far away and then again to return it. Then the 1st trailer we hooked up did not have any working lights so we had to unhook and hook up a different trailer. Since then we have needed to reserve a truck and again we were going to have to drive to another town an hour away, costing us a lot of money and inconvenience. We ended up reserving from Budget for the truck. U-haul is a good company, just never the size of vehicle we need where we are.
STEVEN SIt is in the NAPA auto supply, and I returned the truck while they were open.

Daryl JDid not have proper tools to remove the 2" ball and reinstall my 1 7/8" ball. I did all of my own disconnecting of the trailer, no assistance from rental return site.

Teresa BI think your company's operation is fine. When ever we have had a problem it has always been addressed and a solution has been found. Your employees have always been polite and helpful. We have used your trucks for moving customers items in our live auction business. We have rented trucks 3 times in the last 30 days. I can't buy and insure a truck like your 26 ft. Model for what I rent it from U Haul. Yes I will recommend your company and will continue to use your trucks. Consider us very satisfied customers.
Joseph VI have been charged twice have been back and forth with my bank and I am negative in my checking because of it. I am literally stuck at work because I have no money to put in my gas tank to make it home. Although your customer service reps were great I still don't have my money.
Dawn SI will NEVER use Uhaul again! I wanted and reserved a 10 or 15 foot truck and got there and they only had a 26 foot truck for me. I couldn’t drive it because it was too big. I took it back the next day unused. I couldn’t get the ramp to come down to load it. It was out of alignment too. I want a refund!

Joseph Vmake sure that things are clarified on milege and rental charges i xtended my original contract over phone with uhaul and they sent me email stating that my charges were 199.00 a week and .20 cents mile when i went to return it i was billed for 29.95 a day and 1.06 a mile they guys in marion were great and offered me a mileage discount and i am not at all upset with them as they stated the contract they were not ale to modify

Mark SWe were told gas tank was full upon pick up. It was not. We were told to make sure we returned truck with tank full. We drove 28 miles total. The truck required 16gallons of gas to fill the tank. We did not use that much gas.

Jeffrey BI was originally supposed to pick up my order in Topeka KS which was where I made the online reservation. However after going to Topeka location they did not have the correct tow dolly I needed in stock so I had to drive out of my way to pick up in Marion KS. I am exceedingly disappointed that I was able to make a reservation online for something that was not the location. It was a waste of my time and gas to pick up somewhere else.

Tracy HAsked for rental for 12/14 to 12/17. Was given the wrong return date and your company tried to penalize me for your mistake of wrong return date. Pray i NEVER need to use your company again.
