Found out later there is a fee to that if I do. Of course that location is not open until 11:00 so I wasted a trip

Randy AngusWhen an appliance dolly is reserved and you charge a customer for it, make sure you actually give them the appliance dolly. It’s annoying when you need an item spend money on it but the item is never delivered

Why do you bother to ask folks ri reserve if you don't have the integrity to honor pickup locations selected? Very poor customer service. You know, the folks who pay for your services.
Geary MorrillClean the truck out. You are just passing onto the renters what you should be doing. This location was very slow getting us checked in. I recommend doing a self check in and getting the truck keys from the lockbox.

Carl JohnsonThe man we talked with at this location was rude and seemed to not care about his job. His only help was to say "I can't help you you have to go online." However when we picked up the trailer, the lady that helped us was very nice and showing another gentleman how to process us.

DEBRA AaWiper blades were torn. The inside of cab wasn't clean. Had to sweep out from last use.
Paul LangMan did not check to see if trailer was attached to my tow vehicle or my vehicle on the trailer was on correctly. I knew how to do it so i wasn't concerned but i was driving 5hrs and 20 min home and had a blow out on trailer 3 hrs into the drive. I did the online service at uhaul. Didnt get any response in 40 minutes of waiting! So i had to call uhaul multiple time to actually talk to a person! Then it was almost an hour before uhaul notified a tow truck driver. Then over a half hour before they showed up because he was 30 minutes away( not his fault) he did a great job of fixing the tire and getting me on my way. 10 miles down the road i had another blow out! We decided to leave the teailer at the uhaul dealer there and drive the rest of the way. A trip that normally takes 5hrs 20 min took over ten! I will not be using uhaul again if i DO NOT GET A REFUND! The man at home town auto sales was great and apologized for what had happened but it was in no way his fault.
aron mckinneyEmployee didn’t check condition of trailer when I returned it and did not check in the equipment until I called hours later about it. Also, that employee had left without even checking it in and another employee had to do it for them.
Chris TranStaff were as helpful as they could be, but need storewide training. The only person who truly knew how to check out a u-haul only worked on the weekends and had to be woken up with a phone call to guide them through the process. We had completed the online check in process, and pre-paid, and it still took nearly 30 minutes to get the key in hand. Again, not the fault of the individual employees and they were very apologetic and helpful with what they knew how to do.
